is this somekind of OKAY bottleneck or NO GO Bottleneck ?.

really depends on the games you're playing. however, a cheap CPU upgrade like a Xeon X3440 or X3450 can be had for a few bucks off eBay or AliExpress which could help. Or, something like an i7-860

edit: Had a quick look at the specs in your signature. I see that you are also using 2x2GB of memory, unless you had an upgrade recently and that has changed. I strongly recommend an upgrade to 2x4GB at least, and some DDR3-1600 if you don't have that, cause a memory speed increase will help performance too.

I know its bottlenecked but, is this somekind of OKAY bottleneck or NO GO Bottleneck ?.

and what cpu's are the best fit with the gpu for low cost besides ryzens?

thanks in advance

Specs :

i3 - 540

RX 580

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Get a used i7 (or Xeon) compatible with your motherboard.

Get more RAM. 2x8GB.

That will improve your experience a lot.
