Because it's a piece of shit. It's a server CPU, never intended for gaming to begin with, and it's almost a decade old.
 
32 cores doesn't mean anything when most games can't use more than 4-8.
 
Clock speeds don't mean anything divorced from IPC. The Pentium 4 could run 3.x ghz too, try running modern games on one of those.
 
Also your post is ambiguous but if you're running more than one actual CPU in a server/workstation board, there's not a game made that can use more than one CPU. 

Most of them have a usb 3.0 connector on the end or they’re just part of the whole usb 3.0 bridge 
 

Larger front panels, with the pretty much near final death of not just any external drive bays, but even most internal drive bays, there’s not much point to have the front panel be anything more than a decorative fascia or large air intake which is more and more popular.
You see front panel I/o on odd styled cases like the Hyte Revolt 3, which is a mini itx vertical case, but not so much on conventional cases because the front panel is either made for airflow or it’s just flat.
 
And in particular with short itx cases many prefer the I/o on the top because in a desktop setup with your pc at your level, a short itx case with I/o on top is preferable as any extra cable length required is minimal versus using the front, and depending on the setup can be easier to access.

It puts its i/o on top to save room in cable management, because believe it or not that half an inch the i/o board and cable depth take up matters in this case for your gpu length, as the gpu will be up top.

To be fair, they DID warn you. 🤣

Even price doesn't really mean quality. 
Every brand makes bad and good products, getting a PSU (which is a crucial part of your build) by brand is a really bad thing to do. 
And yes those brands do make bad products. 
Example? The EVGA n1 and w1, which are a fire hazard. 

Again, like I said a few pages back, % failure rates aren't 0%. Years ago, I got 3 GPU that fail one after the other right after the manufacturers warranty ran out (literally 3-4 months after). From 3 different manufacturers. It sucks, but didn't mean that GPUs at that time were of bad quality, I just happened to have an unlucky stretch ! (1 was nvidia, 2 others were AMD, installed on different systems, it wasn't the PCs or the PSUs since it didn't happened again after replacing the GPUs).
 
This can also happen with a Mac, an HP, a Dell, or a custom PC. It's not fun, but it's something you have to keep in mind (I was expecting my wife's Acer laptop to die a few months after the warranty ran out ... funny enough, it's still running fine to this day! Bought it in late 2012 or early 2013 I think! lol). It would be totally different if you got something that broke under warranty, got it fixed, and it broke again (that also has happened to me, that's why I'm personally not buying Asus ever again!).
 
Seems like you're unlucky with technology!  That reminds me of a family member, he was unlucky with employment for about 6 years. He's ok now, but a while ago, and for 6 years, he couldn't keep a job and it genuinely wasn't his fault (one place went bankrupt, the next job was a charity and after a while they lost part of the gov. funding so they had to fire the last few employees hired, then the next one was sold and "restructured" and the last job, the owner died, his son took over and drove the business to the ground ... then he found the job he still has now, and it's all good, but he was very discouraged, and it's understandable, same here, I get that you're completely discouraged with the luck you've had).

I don't quite get the rant though... You're complaining that a few randomly thrown together parts that were used and cheap as hell are not working for you and that a Mac is better therefore? If you'd spend even half as much money on well thought-out and newly bought parts for a PC as you'd spend on a macbook you wouldn't have this problem right now...
 
All systems I built run till this date or were upgraded for performance reasons, hell an old athlon 7750BE build is still going strong with original cheapo psu, ram and motherboard. I admit, one bitfenix case ruined the statistics (prodigy) as it had a bad cable connecting the PSU to the back of the case and that thing actually smoked away (the cable, not the pc... PSU saved me there)...
 
But you're comparing apples to helicopters at this point... Cheap, used, not really fitting parts thrown together are supposed to perform as stable as a mac that costs maybe 10x as much as your current components... Well... That's not gonna work.
If you want stable then get new components and put them together well. You won't get an extremely cheap and stable system (except for maybe some old Dell on ebay) at the same time, neither with a mac nor with a PC.

You mentioned multiple times now that you have the same issues in Linux, as others have stated, that points to a hardware problem.
 
I get that you're ranting here, but getting used hardware and expecting 100% reliability is more than hopeful. Even getting new parts, you have to keep your expectations realistic, even with pre-builds and Macs, there are no computer hardware out there that has 0% failure rates. The best you can hope for is low failure rates and good customer service in case shit hits the fan.
 
Seems to me it's more about your expectations than anything else. BTW, it sucks when you PC starts being unreliable, I get it, I've been there ... but as someone that has used and built tons of used PCs, you can't expect building a PC with used parts and have it run flawlessly for a decade. I mean ,even with brand new parts, just have a look at the Troubleshooting section, and you'll regularly find people having issue with a brand new build, DOA, or parts that die a few months later is a thing. It sucks, but it's a thing.

Autorun and browser's "remember session" are a thing. I don't have to manually launch or restore anything I want launched when I boot.
 
Well ditch it and go back to your mac then. 
TBH this whole thread sounds like asking people to tell you that/what you want to hear.

That's not what I said. I said to not BUILD your own PC if you don't have time to solve any potential problems. If you don't want to deal with normal hiccups, just get a prebuilt or a Mac or something.

All of those are literally just a "Set it up and forget it for x hours". Takes 5 minutes. If you pretend to not have 5 minutes to find out what your PC's issue is, that's on you. (Even though you clearly have the time to come here and post)

i mean, i dont know i just built one and have no issues, in fact, it went so smooth even automatic driver installer installed the latest drivers for me...it's relatively fine from my experience.
as for issues like XMP, ram,BSOD etc.. they can be fixed..as to why it happens.. many reasons but for the most part, sometimes it's easily fixable.

And you're getting not only good cooler recommendations, but good recommendations for your whole system.

outside of a pack of LL's costing way too much for what they are, they're the right type of fans for case airflow. I'd recommend looking into Deepcool RF120 for example, which cost much less while outside of the light effects being very similar in performance at quite a lower cost (~70 for 5x, ~50 for 3x as of right now in the US). when limiting yourself at Corsair, ML's are better than LL's in case airflow as well, due to them being meglevs instead of fluid dynamic bearings
 
as for the radiator fans, if you're limiting yourself to just Corsair, ML120's are the best (but most expensive) option, with SP120 being a cheaper, but still good option. you can again find cheaper options for this, where you're best off grabbing something oriented for static pressure instead of airflow fans.
 
then again, some of the options I gave are already with RGB fans, which will work just fine and save you the cost of buying another set of RGB fans
