That seems a little harsh, let me clarify:
 
I can understand you're trying not to offend anybody, and even your detailed analysis and explanation of how you don't like his personality is still fine. I don't mind people sharing their honest opinion and giving feedback on LTT hosts. 
 
but what I find quite nasty is how you suggest to Linus (I guess Linus bc he's in charge but your message didn't really have a clear recipient) how James should get less screentime. You make assumptions about the public perception of James based on your own opinion, and you also make assumptions about what the best way to "go about James" is for LMG. You're talking about James as a direct object, which I don't like.

A lot of the material he presents is scripted and if you listen you can tell from the tone of his voice (and the others like Riley, Linus, etc) that when they go "off script" it's really IN the script, they're still reading off the teleprompter they put that in the script deliberately.

Now when they do something Vlog style or the WAN show you can find his real personality. I find he fits right in with the rest of them. Not to mention I don't think he has massive say in how much screen time he gets. It's kind of like, here's some new tech or tech news, who's available to work on it? And that just lands on James, or Linus is out of the office who's free to cover for WAN show? It lands on James.
 
I don't think he's trying to hog for screen time or steer the channel some odd direction. If he was I think Linus would be having words with him.

Translation:
"Please let's keep James himself out of this and get the opinions about him straight to Linus behind his back"

if you haven't noticed , all these people you complained about has an actual job title that's different, they're literally an employee that's not supposed to be on-camera presenting anything, most of them are writers, in that sense it's Linus's good demeanor & attitude i guess is a factor for making a decision to put them up on a well lit platform rather than gobble up a spotlight everytime. *cue the uplifting music* , but you get my point.
 
I'm pretty sure they hired every single person in there with proper qualifications,  Also it's a YouTube channel, they're not gonna hire professional actors. They'll have to do with what they've got.
 
as for failing massively, the view counts are getting better & it's at-least once every 3 or 4 days you can see them on trending , when has that happened? compared to previous years it's kinda working i guess.
 
i think what you're trying to say is about the general draggy content & how the presenters lack the finesse as Linus does , which pretty much a portion of people agree, but at the end of the day they're a YouTube centered media group trying to run a business. they're not gonna change for one persons personal opinion on what is entertaining , who's entertaining & what's not , if that was the case they'd have stopped making click-bait titles a long time ago which was a bigger issue & would've not shifted to a pay platform.
 
there are few other channels that holds somewhat professional presentations you might like, like Digital Foundry, Joker production,hardware canaucs, who focuses on product based video contents which you might like. rather than random dippity-do contents .

Maybe people would listen to your whining and annoyances if you cited actual evidence of your opinion and used timestamps to back things up, otherwise you're opinion is just showing off your own ignorance and lack of ability to articulate a proper argument.

We all know YT comments aren't place to give criticism, good or bad. So why not forget everything related to post count = person of value? I don't ridicule you just because you have 1/10th of my post count and joined 1.5 years after me. Instead I go for actual arguments you make as they will set your place in here. Nothing else will.

2) Finds LTT and associated channel's content
3) Watch various videos and decide to dislike said videos
4) Decide that the channel is not for you and stop watching them

Riley does a nice job with Tech linked and I enjoy the videos he is in more than Jake. Jake is the host that will make me click off a video. 
 
James is probably my favourite regular host, I think he does a great job at presenting what he is supposed too with some humour(even if it's pretty crap at times). 
 
I don't think LMG will be letting go of anyone because of a LTT forum post though so have fun with this low quality rage bait

The company went bankrupt. Not the YouTube channel. The company paying the bills and owning the trademarks used in the name went bankrupt.

He's been at NCIX for years. He did all the reviews on the NCIX Tech Tips channel for the longest time, up until it's bankruptcy.

Riley knows nothing about tech. He demonstrates this again and again with his apperances on the main channel. He knows absolutely nothing about PCs, and I've no idea what he is supposed to add to the channel, other than being really irritating. He's not funny. He doesn't know what he's talking about. So why did you hire him? Oh yeah, nepitism. Brilliant.
 
James is just a child. I mean what he is 35? And he acts like he's 15. It's utterly pathetic. HE is utterly pathetic The guy is just an irritating little sh*t, whom ruins every single video he is involved with. The guy is an utter embarrassment to the channel.
 
Whomever is in charge of new hires, needs to to take a serious look at themselves, because they are failing massively.
