Pretty much what Linus said, starting a business may sound easy, which I can agree on that it is, but the hardest part is getting your business profitable, if not then it's gonna go bankrupt.
At your age just stick with regular work, since you live in a village you can ask to do work for 10 bucks or something small like that, when I was your age I was just gathering all sorts of fruits like apples or cherries and selling them to people.
So in conclusion just wait, your idea is too early for such an age and knowledge.

I don't want to be discouraging, but the best advice I can give you is DON'T DO THIS. There is no money in computer hardware.
 
Think about it this way. For a $1000 system you'll be lucky to make 5-10% margin, so that's $50-100. It also means you'll have NO way to differentiate yourself from everyone else selling systems other than dropping the price which will eat into your margin. Also the pricing decays very quickly on this stuff meaning that if you bought the computer up front and you don't sell it right away, you'll lose money.
 
Now consider this: A typical house call technician can easily ask $35-100/hr depending on the skill level. You don't need to buy any stuff you don't already own in all likelihood so the money goes right in your pocket without any up front investment.
 
I don't know how safe it is for a 15 year old to be doing tech work, and I don't know how many people would trust you to work on their systems, but if you start small (friends/family/neighbours) and people like your service, your business will grow, and it will be sustainable because your overhead and risk will be low.
 
Don't be afraid to knock on doors. I painted houses during the summer for a couple of years, and the lesson I learned was "learn to deal with rejection". It's the only way to find customers.

Personally, I don't like mechanical keyboards. I see no difference in mechanical or membrane when typing or playing games. Only downside is most mechanical keyboards I've come into contact with are extremely loud and extremely annoying because of this. I prefer keyboards that are quiet and membrane, like chiclet keyboards in laptops.
 
I would love to have a nice chiclet keyboard that's not an iMac keyboard or the expensive Razer Deathstalker.
 
I've been debating between a G19, STRIKE 7, or Razer Deathstalker Ultimate as a keyboard however if they ever go onsale in a few years on Amazon.
