If you have a cable that supports it, sure. It would let you keep two other ports free and be easier to cable manage.

OK so ive got workstation 17 Pro fired up. Is your ethernet and wireless card built into the motherboard on your PC, or is one a USB adapter? 
I cant say my case is similar to yours as my laptop only has built in wireless and I have a USB ethernet adapter. Im reversing the roles of our adapters.
 
It looks there isnt an option for PCI Passthrough in Workstation like there is in ESXi (You can pass through any PCI device, in our case the wireless card). So you will have to settle for bridging. 
 
Assuming it is not a USB wireless card, do this-
Start by editing the virtual network:
In workstation, go to the Edit tab and select Virtual Network Editor Select Change Settings in the lower right corner Go back to Edit > Virtual Network Editor Locate and select the network with type "bridged". Note the adapter name. Mine is VMnet0 Under VMnet Information, select the drop down next to 'Bridged to' and choose your wireless adapter Select Apply and OK Now apply that to your VM:
Select the VM tab > Settings Under hardware, select Network Adapter Under Network Connection, select 'Bridged', or use the Custom dropdown to select the Virtual Network name of the bridged adapter (VMnet0) Hit OK. If your VM Doesnt get a network connection, follow steps 1-3 again but also check the 'replicate physical network connection state' box. This will make the wireless adapter appear as an ethernet adapter. You will need to connect to the wifi on your computer to get the VM on the internet. 
 
If it is USB, Go to VM tab and select Removable devices, choose your wireless card out of the list. This will remove it from the host (your computer) and make it appear directly connected to the VM.

@BaidDSB Here is how I do this, from Mint:
 
First you can edit the default file is the default settings for your grub config file. Below, I change the default resolution of Grub, as booting up and have the menu in 4k or even 1440 is dumb, it's hard to read. The resolution has to be something your monitor supports though. I've found 1024 works nicely on all my machines. Remember this is just text, but this is just my opinion. Grub Default, is the default option, this will be the default boot option.
 

 
This is the config file. I also modify this, despite the warnings in this file not to. The only reason not to is because it gets automatically updated. Primarily during kernel updates, and grub updates.  You'll notice in mine, I deleted every boot option other than one Linux option, and one Windows option. My default boot option is Linux, so =0. Windows is the second line, so if I wanted to boot into Windows by default, my default boot option would be =1. All the options set in the default file above can be set in this config file too, they just get wiped and have to be reset if you do an update.
 

 
Final word of warning, be careful in these files, as mess up grub, and the PC won't boot. Not the end of the world, as you can recover of it. However, it will be annoying. Especially if you aren't particularly familiar with these things.

Can confirm. Posted and had a couple of likes without info on Madison as I had no idea. Made an edit on the post pointing to the X thread. Post got deleted in minutes. Not only is the apology more fake by the minute. Looking at the edits, its clear that LS is doing the moderation himself. This is getting out of hand for him. Seriously, he needs to be put on a leave of absence and get treatment.

I'll be contributing on a burner account because this thread shows that certain people can not handle dissenting opinions and I'd rather post and never look at this again.

I used to live in BC and worked for the Federal Government, we received specific training about how to report harassment. During my work there I was harassed in ways that were motivated by both sexism and racism. My name was deliberately mispronounced by certain team members despite correction because it wasn't Canadian enough and I was made to feel uncomfortable and small. I had been called, they may contest jokingly, a bitch and a whore more times than I could count, male coworkers when asked for help would ask for inappropriate advances in exchange, would ask me to sit on their lap while they worked at my desk to help me, or would put their hands on my me while I was controlling to computer to "guide me." I was an established professional in my role and yet that did not matter to these people. I thought I was brave so I decided to go through the "proper" processes, I filed grievances, attempted internal resolution, involved WorkSafeBC, it was the most draining aspect of my entire stint at that office. If I could go back in time, I would urge myself to just quit and go, I had the means but I didn't want to let them win. Instead they destroyed my mental health for months while I dealt with having to recount these awful experiences over and over. (Side note for people asking for proof, in workplace harassment cases, 90% of the time the "proof" is an affadavit or statement from the harmed individual. No other proof exists, especially if you don't raise these issues in emails.)
 
In the end, I think Madison is a lot braver than I am, I had to speak to half a dozen or so people about my experiences and deal with them and their prodding and doubting, she has to deal with so much more even at the height of anti LMG sentiment there are still people lobbing personal insults as if it lessens her experience of harassment and doesn't further prove why she waited until now.
 
Listen to the women in your lives, listen to your minority friends, I can tell from the responses that most people here have never dealt with this in their lives and likely never will. You are so lucky.

If you look at deleted comments in that screenshot, they are anything but toxic insults. They are actually pretty restrained.
