I'm currently running an I7 8700 with some Corsair ddr4 3600mhz and a rx5700xt. 
 
Most of my favourite games are really CPU intensive like Hoi4, Anno 1800, Cities Skylines 2 and I've noticed quite a major bottleneck.
 
I've been thinking of upgrading to a R7 5000 or 7000. My problem is that I don't really have a massive budget but I also do want to be future proof so I'm not sure if I should get AM4 or AM5.

HyperX Cloud 3 wireless if I had to choose but I wouldn't recommend a wireless "gaming" headset anyways.

A brand new RX 6600 isn't much slower and costs 200-230 eur, so I don't think that level of performance for 165 eur is likely to be a scam. 100 eur or lower, then it probably is, unless the card has broken fans, a broken display port, or something like that.

Seems ok, but i would pay closer to 130 or 140 if I were in the us, considering that in germany the lowest is 185 that's actually not a bad price

What would be the best 8/9th gen Intel cpu for the Radeon Rx 5700XT?

They might be getting charged for the routers. I know Charter provides Free Cable modems or at least did and would charge a rental fee for a router or gateway device. I think they do this because they dont want to support 3rd party modems on their network so they give customers a reason not to buy their own modem.

Just re-pasting my previous; 

If errors still happens with no XMP, no overclock and latest BIOS, either your RAM, CPU or motherboard is bad - probably most likely the RAM. RAM also the easiest to swap out, so I guess I'd try and swap RAM first - or try 1 stick at a time, in each RAM slot.

With my experience it will most likely connect automatically... If not you can always set it to connect in the settings.

Plug the Mac into power. When you do that the Mac enters "clam shell mode" and you will get a video signal out.

Some ISPs require you to use their equipment for proper authorization on their network. Most of the time it's for fiber connections.
 
This device is not a simple router that you can replace with a Best Buy purchase.

It's has a DSL modem integrated, but if your ISP is fiber, I almost guarantee they'll have their own media converter and they're just using that as a router. Confirm with ISP, but you should be able to replace with any router you like.
