Question about Ethernet on Macbooks

When I connect the Ethernet cable does my Macbook automatically use it or will it continue using Wi-Fi?

With my experience it will most likely connect automatically... If not you can always set it to connect in the settings.

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Maybe Restart it?
