haha all this problem have less chance to happen if they did this at the first place but linus did say they prioritize entertaining video instead of project result. so i love this video. its funny, entertaining and make me scared of water cool pc.

Looks like it softlocks itself because of low GB of RAM quantity... I'd say try turning off a lot of unnecessary programs that run in background, try DWS, Win10Tweaker and O&O ShutUp10 to turn off Windows processes that don't do anything useful for gaming. If problem is going to appear again, upgrade to 2x8 GB RAM (with proper dual channel mode).

i know this. well i guess there is no more setting that we can tinker around. oh well, i just stuck with command prompt manual hotspot. at least it keep always on. anyways thanks.

Any techie that has to deal with non-techies will know how badly someone can mess up their computer and install all the toolbars, extensions, random home pages, search engines, etc. It can be a real mess sometimes. Google made this handy tool to reset the Chrome.
 
This Software Removal Tool can be thought of as a last resort, nuclear option for fixing Chrome without completely reinstalling Windows. The app runs in two phases. The first scans your computer for any toolbars or other junk that may have been installed that can affect Chrome. The second step, which can be canceled, offers to uninstall your extensions, reset your browser settings, and clear various cache and cookies.

For what i know, most console user want exclusive and peace of mind to play game.

No there is no difference. You can look at 1080p and 720p on a 720p screen and you will notice no difference. It will just take longer for 1080p to load.

Technically, the 1080p will look better, because your laptop have a resolution of 1366 x 768, so it can use a little more pixels than the 1280 x 720 resolution of 720p videos.  
 
But in reality, it would be hard to tell one from another in that display, so don't bother with the extra size of 1080p videos. 

from what i saw, there 2 way to be gamer as job.
 
first stream and give media about informative, and game play. its about always stream in twitch and always upload media to youtube. this required advertisement so the more interesting your media, the more viewer you got, more money you get. 
 
second is be competitive. you will play as hardcore gamer. you always training game for tournament e-sport. with this you must always enter tournament and get wall of fame. the more you show your self in game, more sponsor willing to pay you.
 
first option need more social then skill.
second option need more skill then social.
second option usually have game like dota 2, cs:go, LoL,
first option usually game like heartstone, diablo, minecraft.
this all depend on your hardworking.

So if your board allows you to change cpus, then you will have to get a mobile cpu, not a desktop one (which the i3-4130 is). If you currently got an i5-2410m, your board will probably have socket 988. Socket 1150 was introduced with Haswell and is only for desktop. Your cpu is from the Sandy bridge generation and on the mobile platform, so it CAN'T have socket 1150.
 
Long story short: It won't work. Mobile cpus are expensive to buy on its own, and probably won't work because of Bios locks.

for me i dont overclock my gpu. i just love how its look. maybe you can tell me other model which is more cooler.
