Hey dude have you sorted this problem ? If not you have to disable Integrated graphics Before you plug your graphics card in . So start you computer up without gpu in and then disable integrated graphics in device manager and then once it’s fully disabled plug in your gpu and it should work . Also if it doesn’t try and see if there is an option in the bios to disable integrated graphics 

Yes, but it will require you to take apart the keyboard, desolder the Blue switches and solder in the Red switches (Which you will have to get separately, that would cost 40 USD or so I guesstimate).
Unless of course this is one of those rare keyboards with simple to remove keyswitches, which it doesn't look like it.

Yep, I believe so, Sapphire has always made pretty good AMD cards, I buy either PowerColor or Sapphire myself, though I had to settle for a reference Gigabyte RX VEGA 64 simply because it was the cheapest I could find. My PowerColor RX VEGA 64 Red Devil, however, is a beast of a card!

Yeah that's what I'm thinking too but after spending $130 on a 1600 I figured I'd be okay with that since it holds up pretty well overall. Waiting for actual second gen ryzen to come out so I can spend more money on parts I don't need. ?

Ye I think Ryzen overall isn’t as good as Intel for gaming but i can’t complain as I got the R5 2600 for 150$ But I believe you should definitely be getting more Fps with a 1070 ti ? 

I would say that's a decent option beats the 580 by around 10%

Have you tried updating drivers its worth a shot also does this problem occur in any other games?

edit: its probably taskmanager showing combined core load instead of each induvidual core. 

There is power to my gpu but my bios says that my PCIE1 is empty?

Not always will lowering the settings increase your performence like in csgo its very cpu bound

Lowering settings and fps increasing is not that linear as it may seem, there's lots of other things to take into account, sometimes the game engine itself, thus why we insist on balancing every thing not only hardware wise but your gaming settings also.

If you are either familiar with or willing to learn how overclocking ram works, you can get tgat 2666 kit and try to bring up the speed.

What is your current configuration of hardware, can you run Nova Bench (www.novabench.com) and post your results as some factors such as degradation and hardware variations can impact performance from system to system? We can only predict future sales for components and it is not going to be guaranteed although the chances are that some computer hardware is going to be discounted for Black Friday sales to increase. The answer would be dependent on the deals available now and what you are planning to upgrade to, are you planning to reuse any of your current hardware or do you definitely know that you are to upgrade these components and want to change to a different platform which you have decided on or not decided on yet?

It's an A8... yes that is a CPU bottleneck.

You have a CPU bottleneck. An upgrade to a 4th Gen i5 or Ryzen will eliminate that.
 
If you can find a used i5/motherboard combo for a good price, definitely go for that.

You know what, u can actually overclock ur Skylake chip. When kabylake came out, Intel locked down the feature of overclocking the non-k chips via a bios update. So, if u have a decent z170 Mobo, then u can flash an older bios that supported overclocking of non-k processors.

PSU could be better, DDR3 is quite cheap, get 16 GB. And your Motherboard supports 7th Gen if you have money to burn.

Your power supply has two 6+2 pin connectors. What you do is just plug in the 6 pins in the 6-pin socket with the other 2 hanging off, while you plug the 6 and 2 in together in the 8-pin socket.
 
You might want to upgrade the power supply at some point, but it'll do the job for now.
