You're greatly mistaken, the RX 580 is not "waay" slower at all, the Fury matches the RX 590 so the headroom is rather small, besides more and more games are requiring more than 4GB of VRAM for optimal performance even at 1080p on occasions to where it's advantages on GPU side might be undone by the lack of VRAM.
 
Not only that it is indeed an old card that does not support the latest features on Radeon Adrenaline 2020 driver and is by no means "optimized" for on latest games.
 
The Fury is dead now entering 2020, if these two are OP's only options the RX 580 is the better pick.

I agree, although, I would go with a 2600X. you still get more cores and threads but at a lower price than the Ryzen 3000 series. even though the ryzen 3000 sill support b350

I don't dislike consoles. I dislike the disguising of PCs as consoles when in a perfect wold we could just have every game for every platform. 
 
I dislike the locked-down nature of a console compared to a PC. What if I don't WANT to use a PS4 controller? What if I want to spend more and get better graphical fidelity? I'd much rather have a Nintendo Switch++ and run BotW at 60FPS... but I can't because console. 
 
So yeah, there are things I dislike about them but I also see the purpose of different products in the marketplace and I'm not blinded by my hatred or them or anything. 
 
I bought a switch not long ago and I and my kids do more console gaming together than PC gaming at the moment.

Its Liquid cooled so it should be pretty decent to start, but as it goes on the temps will rise as more evap happens and less fluid is available for heat transfer
