THANK YOU  SOOOO MUCH... I got everything  back
started by running the recuva tool on the desktop itself... but that started losing power after 5 minutes (8 Year old Powersupply) so I got my USB HDD Dock and did the recovery and after 12 hours (6 hours of scannning and 6 hours of recovering) I GOT IT ALL BACK (i dont think im missing any files... if I am I dont miss them anyway)
 
Heres some of my pictures that you guys helped me save (a majority of them were MSFS Textures LOL)

Here's some of the album art. (yes I also saved the albums)… and yes (I am a GEN-Z who still Rips His CD's)

I finished the quick format... So im doing a deep scan now... hopefully it'll find em all I haven't written any data to the drive.... it already found 114,528 files in less than a minute... sooo fingers crossed

Thank you everyone for your help... I have fixed it by creating a new power plan and reseting that plan to defaults... It works now and will go to 2.39 ghz....

let me know what you think... It is a 7 year old laptop... maybe planned obsolescence... I doubt it but you never know with big companies

I really don't want to bog down my system with more programs that I'm only gonna use once... just take my word for it it gets hot enough to the point where I can't have it in my lap because I dont want my dick to roast into a hotdog

I have an Xbox One and have a PC. I love both. The Xbox one is great for hanging out with your friends because the controls for creating a party and inviting friends to games is extremely easy, all without having to leave your game it literally takes all of 5 seconds to invite your friend to a party... if you are proefficient with the controller. as for Controller latency I haven't noticed anything but I have been gaming on a Logitech M570 for the past 5 years so I wouldn't have much to say as far as gaming latency, but I can pwn noobs all day on my xbox... also I really love the headphone jack on the Xbox One Controllers, I can crank my music from the pandora app without having to annoy my parents. and you can multitask. not with games but with apps, so you can play games and listen to pandora or spotify or Iheartradio, and youtube (don't quote me on being able to play youtube and game at the same time). If you want a console to play with your friends, have really intuitive controls get an Xbox One. If you want to spend an extra $100 for a crappy console get a PS4.

I Decided to go for the 1070 Ti cause it is an 8 GB and I might want to get into 4k

Tubing Length isn't listed anywhere so hard to determine anything else other than it is listed as compatible.

Do this first and monitor the temperatures. If they're too high you'll be better off adding more fans rather than using a fan controller.
