Need an app for my mom to track me

So... the situation isnt as weird as it sounds... Whenever I leave the house my mom wants to know where I am and where Im going... I'm 19 but she's just an overprotective mother... and I get that... and I catch hell whenever I forget to tell her where I am... Is there an app that allows her to track my cell... possibly some integration with google maps to tell her my current route (Not needed but definitely a bonus)...

Would appreciate this cause she has some serious anxiety and I dont want her to worry

I've used the share location from Google Maps when my GF needed to find me out walking the dogs so she could catch up with us, it's not super accurate or real time but it got her close enough to where I was to tell her I was a block over. I was walking at a pretty good pace though so if you're not much as briskly or stationary for a bit it might work a lot better if it has time to catch up or a good signal in the area.
