Looking for software

Im looking for a piece of software that basically does one thing... 

 

1. Scan my Display for a user defined image

2. and then when it detects that image... will then output a keyboard input...

 

For example: lets say I'm tired of watching youtube and never want to watch another youtube video ever again... (Not true) I can set this software to detect the youtube logo and when it detects that logo the software will output CTRL+W (the shortcut for closing a tab in google chrome)

Not sure maybe you could code something yourself using Arduino or just a normal program

You can use software that will block Youtube the feed coming thru, but to have one that scans your display... as in takes a pic constantly of your screen and compares it to a pic of the Youtube logo?

 

Because programs aren't that smart yet, no way a program can know what is displayed unless it reads the source.

I dont acutally want to block youtube... that was just an example as to explain what I want the software to do
