Like ANY other brand, Gigabyte will have products ranging from low-tier to top-tier.
ASUS, AsRock, MSi...EVGA...are all like this.
 
If you buy a budget model GTX 1070, don't expect it run cooler, or overclock as high as a high-end model GTX 1070.

I have built and used many Gigabyte motherboards and video cards over the years, and no major problems or complaints.

This is just anecdotal, but I bought a Gigabyte GPU a year ago and it has been nothing but trouble. 

Owned multiple Gigabyte boards over the years and one GPU, never once had a issue.  

I have a Gigabyte B450 and it works fine.  My biggest complaint is with their app center software (I keep getting a driver can't update error).  It is not easy to install and you need it if you want to control the mobo RGB without going into the BIOS.

No problem with my 4 yr old gigabyte.

Gigabyte isn['t really low-end; however, they don't have any high enthusiast boards. Yeah, you could go out and buy an extreme high-end mobo, but most people wouldn't use one.

Im not trying to make you look bad im just pointing out that his cpu aint that bad... In the end cs go aint exctly a demanding game
 

Use them on non-conducting surfaces. Heatsinks, fan blades, shrouds etc.

if the cpu is working when you buy it, it will probably for couple years, they don't fail on their own. cpu is ok to buy 2nd hand

disclaimer: I have never played overwatch and i have only like 30-40 minutes on paladins (idk i dont like those games) but i have played enough league of legends to know what im talking about.
 
This whole "its my team that's keeping me back" or "i always get the trolls" are bullshit and let me explain why. Each team has the same number of players right? (not sure how many ill assume its 5). So each player you are playing with or against have the same chance to be a troll, so statistically you actually (assuming you arent a troll) have a better chance of winning since the enemy has 5 possible trolls while you only have 4. So stop blaming the team and get better.

Okay anyway thanks for bothering to explain it to me, What i took form all of this is that my mobo cant run with 8th gen processor and if i get 7th gen i will probably need a BIOS update.
