According to the internet that's usually the way to fix it, however actually reducing power by 10% seems to have worked for me, i wonder if i could just clock it more similarly to an RX580 in order to make it completely stable.

Ah ok, I was afraid it was faulty haha. The vega 56 had me unexpected as to how unstable it is

I think I fixed the problem, I set the Power Limit to +50% which seems to have fixed my problem

Ahh, so its the Cooler Master RS-500-PCAR-13, or commonly known as the Extreme Power Plus I think. The quality of the PSU is alright, I did a bit of research on it, I think it'll be fine for your 2700x 1060 system.

I would try all the cables like everyone said. BUT you could be having thermal issues too. If you're experienced you could take it apart and reapply thermal paste.

it might be. try unplugging the cable to your monitor and plugging it back in on both ends.

I've experienced similar isues on my rig, and I actually did an RMA on a GTX 660 just to discover that it was actually the cable, so first, waste a few bucks on a new cable and if that doesn't solve the problem, then you can blame the card.

Then both the electronics and automotive have somewhat of an issue: Ensuring consumer products can be repaired within a reasonable amount. All Apple products, regardless of their cost, should receive proper support, even if someone opened up a unit. All that says is if someone opened up a unit, it breaks the warranty instantly and the customer is required to pay for all rework/repair that needs to be performed. Not..."well, you opened it. We refuse to fix your product, even if you pay for it." 
 
Companies should be required to fix currently supported consumer products regardless of warranty status. If the customer has to pay for it, so be it. But if you don't have the necessary channels in place to repair a $5,000 unit, that's a problem, and I wonder if this'll make people think twice before buying an iMac Pro that might set them back a fair bit. 

Always prefer component parts and just replacing what's bad.   Watching so many of Louis' videos and Apple wanting $1000+ for something like a blown capacitor or bad trace that costs labor and 25 cents to fix

This sounds more like an "oh shit, we're going to have our products branded under names that gamers aren't used to, we'd better make a statement trying to explain it" to me.
I'm with @porina It'd be nice to see AMD come out with a really solid high end card, something they haven't drastically over hyped. 

Hello everyone, I am looking to upgrade my pc and I am not sure which CPU too choose because I need a 3rd generation CPU for my mobo but I would like to get the best one for gaming. Also would a 1070 be compatible with my mobo because I am looking to upgrade that as well a long side with the PSU if I get the GPU.
I would like to go with the i7 series 3rd gen.

if you want to go REALLY cheap then get a redragon centrophourus ($11 usd) not the most fancy and doesn't have many buttons but i've had it for a year and it still works fine.

since you were thinking to buy a deathadder, you might want to look into the Rival 310 as an alternative,i have been satisfied with mine,been using it for 2 weeks and i must say its quite comfortable in my hand, your opinion may be diffrent since my hand size is just about perfect for the rival 310

According to many people, the Razer DeathAdder (and Razer products in general) are not worth the price you pay because they break after a bit of time and wear. If you're looking for a simple mouse like that one you have, I can recommend the ZOWIE mice lineup. They might not look the fanciest but will get the job done.
