Update on the situation. Installed cpu cooler with new paste properly (see picture). Temps are actully slightly cooler. Maybe by about 5-6°C. It is a fairly hot day today of around 30°C. Before, I would get an idle of around 45°C. Now it's more around 39°C at idle (or actually while using zoom). Impressive. I did install some new case fans in the front though. Now I have 2 intake and 3 exhaust (1 back, 2 top). So maybe it's just that but regardless, I'm happy.

In the pictures, I unhooked the lever for the cooler. So don't worry. Temps have been fine for the past 3 and a half years. Never getting above 70C in Aussies hot climate. Interested to see how it performs, if any different with the cooler mounted properly. I need to get some more thermal paste first though. Will update. Check your coolers!!! What a noob I was to pc building 4 years ago.

Hi I recently bought a new Asus Zenbook Pro (UX535LI-E2018T). It has been great but just today it randomly goes to sleep when I'm actively using the laptop (like as in moving the mouse, typing or watching a video). Upon inspecting event viewer, it says the reason is as follows: What is this? How do I stop this from happening. Here is a screenshot for more info. I have filtered the view to show only Kernal-Power related items. Not all of these are caused by SC_MONITORPOWER (ie. some of the time it is me closing the lid of the laptop). But as for an interval,

depends who you ask. For some people an 1800X is unthinkable. -

No. He said that But he has a high end processor. It doesn't cost that much but still. -

No. Intel product tend to be more expensive because intel argues they have better features (optane etc). For many years, people basically only bought intel (unless on a severe budget) until ryzen came out because it actually competed with intels cpus on the same level. AMD's marketing plan is that their products are cheaper (for the same specs) so making their products seem better. And don't get me wrong, I have an AMD ryzen CPU and it's great! And Ryzen CPUs have more threads than intel because their IPC isn't as good. This is AMDs plan to make you think that their CPU -
Hi My friend is trying to install Windows on a new computer he just built. He has the official windows USB not some thing from kinguin. All parts are new and legit. After clicking install windows 64-bit it comes up with this screen. Any ideas? I'm gonna get him to try a different USB that I have. Thanks in advance.

I did solve this problem for anyone still reading this thread. I believe that it was a program on my computer that was waking it up. After I uninstalled it, there was no more problem. If you are having the same problem, look through your task manager to find any unsuspecting processes and uninstall/kill them.
