Linus Posted a video on recovering a hard drive, but if you follow the instructions you will lose all your data. So don't watch it. You will have to hire the company in the video instead, which makes me think it may have been some kind of viral video advertisement.

May I just say, this is impressive. I suggest hiding those molex connectors in the back and zip tying them to the cable management places on the back of the motherboard tray. My suggestion is maybe to look at an ultrawide

This time, they're using Social Engineering to deactivate a SIM card and activate a rogue one. This is reminiscent to the attack against LinusTechTips and NCIXcom channels back in 2011.
The unfortunate part is that all of these mechanisms need to be designed for the lowest common denominator. Which is your most likely your grandpa, grandma, or technology illiterate relatives. Anything outside of personal information is easily forgotten or is too complicated and just frustrates customers. I've seen my father rage at those banking security devices all too often. They're hit or miss and can easily lead to an account being disabled. 
 
Even in my workplace, the only way we can authenticate employees is through having them report their contact details and in all honesty is not that much different that the procedures displayed by that Rogers employee.

No I won’t accept that due to being in the minority I can’t buy merch. And I won’t buy a men’s shirt cause they don’t fit me.
