So the 3770K would still be fine enough for now, I'm using a non-K 3770 here, still can do some Twitch streaming, 720p60, 4.3Mbps bitrate. I can't really judge too much about the GPU option, but hopefully it doesn't get bottlenecked.
For the PSU, mostly you hear that because most PSU warranties last 5 years, so replacing them by then, it's not always necessary but you should because old PSUs might not be able to handle the load as well as when it was new.

Yeah the performance would still improve by tons.

They probably don't expect a consumer to be crazy enough to pay for this.
 
As for everyone saying they will never upgrade to 10 and will stick with 7 or vista (lol)... it's not like you have a choice if you want to keep using windows. Eventually, aside from security concerns, compatibility will become a major problem and the more you delay the inevitable, the harder the transition will be.

I'm sure if you phone up Microsoft and offer to pay them thousands of dollars a year to keep getting updates per computer that you own in exchange for updates to Windows 7 like Enterprise customers do, they'll be more than happy to oblige.

Gamers would've upgraded to Windows 10 if they really cared for the newest features and hardware, while mainstream will just use whatever until their PC dies.
Enterprises need time to adopt need updates and OSes, to make sure their garbage/badly coded softwares will still work on newer updates and what not, so it makes sense for them to get an extension.
But I fully expect that enterprise lock to be "hacked"/bypassed, the same way it was for Windows XP, allowing even regular users to get those security updates.

You should look for displays with good color accuracy. I don't know any color accurate dislpays, but I hope this tip helps  

There's a lot of reasons for this. It isn't so much because "they're good," although they are. In any team game what you need is synergy. The thing lacking in most LoL eSports team is synergy. Some players are either very aggressive, while others are very passive. These kind of play style never mix well. During critical team fights or critical macro plays, some players are just not on the same page and or when they try to force themselves to play that kind of play style they end up feeding due to their own nature.
 
The mix up between Blabber/Jensen and Svens/Glue is that the synergy is there. Glue can play passive, hint why he choose very positional champions like Syndra and Malzahar. While Jen/Blabber are more aggressive, hint why they can play champions like Leblanc/Kindred. The idea between the swap is simple and very effective on a fundamental level. When a team learns how to counter an aggressive play style (TSM), C9 would have to swap Jen/Blabber out with Svens/Glue and the team play a more passive playstyle while having stronger macro (where TSM lacks macro game.) This strategy allowed C9 to defeat TSM during semi-finals.
 
There's no magic into all of this. It's just core principles, regardless of what you hear the analyst say and what others theorize, in real life, you work better when you have someone you can bond with. That being said, "What is up with Smoothie?" Smoothie is one of those players that can adapt fairly easily. He can switch between aggressive play style into a more passive play style. The problem with Smoothie is that, the team needed something "new." The something new would mean a release of old players regardless of how good they are. This "newness" you can equate it to having fresh new clothes. You just feel on the top of the world with confidence when you step into a house party with beautiful girls because you "feel" and "believe" you look good. That goes a long ways, but these kind of scenarios does not last, just like new clothes will become old fairly quickly.
 
With this in mind, there will come a time when C9 will flutter again and changes will have to be made again.

i7-2600 can sometimes go a lot cheaper and isn't much slower.  I would grab that and just another 4gb of ram for a stop-gap upgrade, rather than pour everything into an LGA1155.  It should still be a pretty big improvement and allow you to save for something better later.

Some say you would be better doing a "proper" upgrade to a newer platform. However, if you need performance now and the 3770 is only available option definitely jump on it.
 
Just make sure that you're not paying a ridiculous price for it. I'd opt for 8GBx2 but "another 4GB" (8GB total?) would be perfectly fine too. Again, try and make sure it's not completely insane what you're paying for it.
