Well, you can look forward to the Ryzen 2xxx price drops hopefully.

To save some extra cash, and bounce off what you said to @BigRom, get an RX 570 rather than the 1050ti.

I have deliberately made it under budget since you live in another country and stuff may cost more.   Choose the Cheapest 8GB kit of ram from a well know brand. Choose a PSU from the top 3 tiers of this list here, http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/406160-/ or any PSU from XFX or Seasonic. Basically any LGA 1150 motherboard should be fine for an i3, but it is a bit harder for AM3+ especially if you want to overclock, I'd go with the board I listed or the MSI 970 Gaming. Choose a case you like and that will fit your motherboard. Any R9 280, 285, 380 or 280x will be fine, same with the GTX 770 or GTX 960. You don't need 16GB of ram.   AMD   PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant   CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor  ($98.89 @ OutletPC)  Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard  ($56.98 @ Newegg)  Memory: PNY Anarchy 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory  ($34.99 @ Amazon)  Storage: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($50.99 @ NCIX US)  Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($45.88 @ OutletPC)  Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 380 2GB PCS+ Video Card  ($149.99 @ Newegg)  Case: Thermaltake Versa H25 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($24.99 @ Newegg)  Power Supply: XFX Core Edition 750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($52.00 @ Newegg)  Total: $514.71 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2016-01-24 01:59 EST-0500   Intel   PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant   CPU: Intel Core i3-4170 3.7GHz Dual-Core Processor  ($126.98 @ Newegg)  Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B85M-DS3H-A Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  ($61.97 @ Newegg)  Memory: PNY Anarchy 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory  ($34.99 @ Amazon)  Storage: Kingston HyperX Fury 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($50.99 @ NCIX US)  Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($45.88 @ OutletPC)  Video Card: PowerColor Radeon R9 380 2GB PCS+ Video Card  ($149.99 @ Newegg)  Case: Thermaltake Versa H25 ATX Mid Tower Case  ($24.99 @ Newegg)  Power Supply: XFX Core Edition 750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply  ($52.00 @ Newegg)  Total: $532.79 Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available Generated by PCPartPicker 2016-01-24 02:04 EST-0500

You are quite right. Other than great power consumption the 750Ti is a bit lame IMO.

What do you mean by drops in performance? Your system, as how you have it listed, doesn't have a GPU so with one added performance can only go up. The 750ti minimum total power recommendation is 300w and the 260 is not much higher so you would be safe with either card regarding the PSU.

    Go for 260X.
The card draws a maximum of 115watts so 450watts psu would be fine.

problem is, the prices are different in india... gpu prices are probably high too
so what i would recommend, is getting 8320, cheap cpu cooler ( hyper 212 ) cheapest 8gb you can find ( with  a brand ), cheapest 990 am3+ mobo ( or gigabyte 970 ud3 mobo ) that is eather asus, msi, gigabyte or ashrock,  hd7790/gtx650ti boost or hd7850/gtx660 or hd7870 with 2gb of vram, depending on the price, 1tb hard drive WD or Seagate, cheap case like cooler master elite 430, nzxt source 210, corsair 200r, or popular haf 912, cheap 500w - 600w power supply that is eather corsair, seasonic or xfx

then if you are left with some money, just invest it into better GPU like hd7950/gtx760/660ti or hd7970/gtx770 depending on the price
