Please be aware that yes, alcohol will clean it, but one thing you need to watch out for is that alcohol will remove the printed letters and numbers on your keyboard.

@Yung Lead
In pcpartpicker build list, click the [bb] button in the Markup area of above the list. Copy and paste the results into the OP. Then the post will be much more readable.
The build will be excellent at cpu rendering tasks. Lousy in most FP gaming titles and Photoshop. So so in video and audio editing.
One problem is the lack of ECC memory. Something that long rendering jobs really need.
As others have noted the psu is way over capacity.
The storage seems overly complex and less than optimal. But without an explanation of how the drives will be used one cannot comment on the choices.
Windows 10 OEM license does not permit use in DIY builds. One should purchase the full retail version.
LGA2066 would likely be a more suitable platform.

No because it's soldered, you would gain maybe 1-3C doing direct die cooling

Mining does not utilize SLI in much the same fashion as Premier doesn't either.

Unless the game is written in a way that work well with SLI, if not, most of the time adding SLI will not benefit much at all. Also depends on your monitor. Example you have a 60Hz monitor and your current 1080Ti can already produce more than 60 fps then by adding another GPU will not be advised. Even if you have like 1000fps, your monitor can only display 60fps ...

Is putting two 1080 ti's in SLI convenient because I think I remember Linus saying that most games don't even use the second gpu (can't find the vid).
So would it even be worth buying the second one?
And would it have advantage in any productivity task?

22 core is no good for gaming, just multi-tasking, editing and converting.
Xeon E5-2699 V4 2.2GHz is slow!
You want an AMD Ryzen 1600 or higher and build around that!

Pretty bad actually. Most programs want a higher clock speed
These cpu's only do well when you are doing things that are very good at splitting the load to many cores, like vms, or 3d rendering.

Gaming, no. Productivity and video editing and encoding, yes.

Mixing the AMD CPU with an Nvidia GPU wouldn't have trouble (from my experience), and instead of buying the 670 you should buy a 770 as it performs better and is less expensive. Also upgrading your RAM would help with your system all around and 16gb is becoming more of the standard.

Yes you can, 500w is the minimum recommended by nvidia https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/10series/geforce-gtx-1070-ti/
