I like the look better. Realistically once you get up into higher tier boards the differences between them are slim.

The Taichi Z370 is a great motherboard for all that. I got mine as Im pretty impressed, was at good pricing compared to the Asus and had as many features.

Like you I wanted to overclock and I've always been very lucky with the boards I had before from them, rock solid stuff.

Asus is better brad than Asrock.

Brand, doesn't mean quality all the time.

Brand means, recognition...

But did you know that Asrock was actually part of the Asustek company?

Anyways, Asrock and Asus are amazing at engineering, probably you were not long enough in the industry to see the amazing stuff Asrock pulled out over the years.

Like said before, either boards would fit great, now, personally if I had to choose one I would go with taichi which has better overclocking options and also has more features if you compare one to another.

 But most of people brought this Z370 -E. I can't full over clock Z370 -E ?

You can, its a good board. But remember, not all motherboards will give you full overclocking potential of a CPU.

Like I said before, you can't really go wrong with any. Just choose the one that fits your needs (features/price) even maybe design you like better.
