My 1700 is at 3.9 across all cores.. I'll wait for the 3000 series but this refresh looks to be pretty damned compelling, again.

IF what is rumored to be in the GPP is actually in the GPP it is violating numerous laws worldwide. The problem is getting a hold of a signed agreement between NVidia and a partner then having to spend tens of millions suing for years. That being said if the violations are bad enough a judge may give an injunction to stop the program immediately until its settled in court although that in itself will be a legal fight.
