At higher resolution, the GPU takes more of the load, and making the CPU work less. Because the CPU renders the frames, but the GPU renders the visuals. Heavier visuals like 4K for instance is almost always be GPU dependant. While less intensive resolutions like 1080p the GPU can render the visuals easy, it's just a matter of the CPU to render the player + NPC + enviroment changes, making the CPU work harder as a result

Many of you may know a YouTuber by the title of RandomGamingInHD that does budget gaming PC stuff.
 
I think it would be really awesome if LTT invited him to Scrapyard Wars, as RGHD has tons of videos on 'budget', 'scrap', etc. videos and I'm sure he'd love to do a video with Linus.

I like the fact the power plugs are on the side of the card, wish the consumer cards came like that.

We dont support the PCMR elitest attitude. We are enthusiast's who love to push the envelope of PCs while still respecting others opinions and views. You should be able to OC it a bit. IIRC the RX 4XX series cards didnt OC that much when they first launched so your mileage may vary.

I've recently joined LTTF around last month, and my intent back then was to ask members about how to troubleshoot an overheating GPU (it has since been solved). What i didn't expect to find here in the forums however, was a forum for discussing cars and motorbikes (which is this forum..)
 
My love for cars started with Need For Speed Underground and Top Gear UK. My favorite cars are the BMW E39 540i Touring, Nissan Stagea 260RS Autech, Toyota Corolla KE30, and the BMW E28 M5 (i am biased towards older European cars and older Japanese cars)
 
Now, i have a hobby of drawing cars, starting in 2014. I draw my drawings on paper with as little guide as possible (i freehand my drawings, but at some time i may use a grid, but strictly no tracing for me). I'm still trying to improve my technique when it comes to detail and coloring, but i can say i'm improving. i'll post some of my favorites below.
