It's a drive that you use only as temporary storage, and that you write to often. For example, I've got a 3TB drive that I record videos to, then when I render them I store them on a different drive.
So pretty much it's just a drive that gets more write use than your others. In theory it'd fail first before you others.

The SP120s make quite a bit of noise too compared to gentle typhoons.

I swapped mine out for Noctura NF-F12's and they work great, can't hear them at all - mind you I also put NF-S12A's and NF-P12's in my sound deadend case. With the cover on or off I can't hear the fans.

Well at the going rate of 1doge=1doge it's worth about 16Million doge. And  unfortunately I am not still holding all of them, only a few million.
 
Yes, at this point ASICs are much better for scrypt mining, but these were all found with graphics cards.

They are somewhere between Amazon and my local mail. Normally I get the stuff on the next day, but a stupid holiday has moved everything by 2 days.

ok well i personally have blues and i like them a lot, but i want browns which are pretty much blues that are quieter and that have a lighter actuation point
