I never thought like a guy, despite not transitioning until my late forties, one reason my life as a male was so lonely since I didn't fit in with other guys.
 
Your friend's so called male pattern of thinking is probably your perception of male vs. female stereotypes and cultural conditioning. I've known cisgenered men and women who thought more like the opposite sex than their own sex is culturally and stereotypically "supposed" to think. The way people think may change over time due to environmental influences but that will not be due to stereotypes on how men and women are supposed to think. Men and women do think differently due to their brains being hardwired differnetly but there is a lot of overlap in those characteristics.
 
I assure you the mental part is not only already there, it has been there all along. Hormone therapy and transitioning do not change the mind. Physical attributes will change, both from hormones and surgery. The mind will receive relief from the conflict from being exposed to too much of the wrong hormones and not enough of the correct ones but, otherwise, it will not change.
 
Just accept your friend for who she is, no matter how you feel she should be. I would attempt to keep the lines of communication open but be ready to accept she may never want to socialize with you, since she may see you as a reminder of her time living as a male. I transitioned over twenty years ago and I still have occasional nightmares based on when I still lived as a male.

Yeah he has a habit of making up "facts" to make it seem like Canada is somehow taking advantage of America during our trades - spoiler alert: We're not.
 
The other big contention is our Dairy system - we have a supply management system in place. What this does, is ensure that dairy producers make enough dairy to meet actual retail demands, and then some extra for export (we don't even export that much). We also limit how much dairy can be imported into Canada, so as to not flood our supply.
 
Why this is good:
It ensures a stable supply of dairy. Prices don't change much because we make enough to meet the demands, so there are no shortages. Prices also don't change much, because we only make enough extra to meet export requirements, so there's never an excess of dairy products.
 
Why this is bad:
Some suggest prices might be lower if we didn't have a quota system, because they feel it artificially inflates prices. They also think that we could get cheaper product if we allow more imports.
 
Here's the thing: They're not wrong about the price being lower - at least, not fully. But that's still not a good thing. America heavily subsidizes the dairy industry, even while they bitch at our supply management system. Because of this, they produce farrrrrrrrrr too much dairy - so much so that they literally dump it down the drain when they can't find foreign buyers.
 
Basically, Trump wants to Flood the Canadian dairy market with the excess dairy they have, which would massively drop prices (good for buyers), which would destroy the local producers (bad for Canadian economy), and then when supply dries up (because America can't sell at a loss forever, once production settles), prices would go up (bad for buyers), and our dairy industry would be in shambles.
 
Sure it's possible this won't happen, but I'd rather not take the chance - our dairy system works well for Canadians.
 
Anyway, Mexico and the US made some preliminary agreements, and now Canada is rushing to get in on the deal or risk being shut out completely.
 
It's a bad situation for Canada. On one hand, we don't want to be left out of the new agreement. But on the other hand, we don't want to be forced into agreeing to a trade agreement that is one-sided or otherwise bad for Canada.
 
The big problem is that Trump is not a good negotiator. He's a bully. He's not interested in an agreement that is fair for everyone - he wants to get everything he wants, and wants his opponents to give up everything. He's not negotiating in good faith.
 
Some Americans think that's good, because it means America will get a better deal - and maybe you're right - but in the process, he's pissing off his Allies, and he doesn't even seem to be willing to compromise or look for a common solution.
 
TL;DR, Canada isn't happy about the situation, but we're still hopeful to find a good and working long term solution.

To be quite honest, from this entire post, it just legitimately sounds like you're just ignorant about the LGBTQ+ community. And by this I mean no offence. You're young, and when I was your age I was ignorant too, but I hope you're opening to learning more about this:
 
You say your friend had previously crushed on girls when they were younger, but now they seem to be presenting as feminine and/or saying that they identify as female. This can be confusing, for sure, but I hope you realize that their gender and their sexuality are not necessarily the same thing. Society is structured in a way that being straight is the automatic assumption, and it is extremely common for LGBTQ+ people to follow the societal norms before they realize that they're just lying to themselves (i.e. most gay guys I know, myself included, "dated" girls when they were young).
 
So perhaps they do identify as female, as they have their whole life, but they've just lied and held it back so that they can "fit in"?
Perhaps they do identify as female and they are also attracted to females or to both females and males (or other identities)?
If they've never identified as female, perhaps they're male but just enjoy expressing their feminine side?
 
What makes you believe that them coming out is fake? They said that they were the happiest they've been their entire life, could that be because they were finally able to express themselves as they've always felt?
 
And sorry, but no, people do not fake being in the LGBTQ+ community because they can't get a boy/girl friend. You can't change who you're attracted to, and if you don't believe me then I would suggest you trying to be gay. 
 
And finally, it's not other people's fault that they don't like your homophobic jokes, it's your fault for making them. As someone who banters a lot with their friends, rule #1 is only do it to people you know can take it, otherwise, it's your fault and you look like a dick for making the jokes. 
Again, no one is in the LGBTQ+ community to "shove it down your throat". Your claim is equivalent to "I don't like fake black people who are black to shove it down my throat".
How do you know that they faking it? Is that what they said? Could they perhaps, I don't know, have not been comfortable telling the truth about their sexuality previously?
Sure, it's okay to state your opinion, but I hope you realize that you are not free from the repercussions of your opinions. Also, categorically opinions do matter. They affect peoples lives, especially when we're discussing opinions of marginalized groups. 
 
I really hope that you've read this entire post and really thought about the points I've tried to make.

I don't know you personally but here's something that works most of the time if you want to be with someone which I learned the hard way years ago, "be the person you want to be with." By no means it's absolute but I think it's the one that works more often than not. It doesn't mean that you have to be somebody that you're not just for someone to like you but nothing will happen and either one of you has to do an effort to make it happen.
