I'd imagine this is more of a Battlefront 2 or BF2 settings problem than a hardware issue.

I sure hope this is not the case, Samsung pretty much uses third party for most of their warranty repairs. At least here where I live in Iowa.

You have to select 144Hz either in Windows or in your GPU control panel.

At the expense of the others? Possible.
There is (usually) a setting in modern routers called QoS (Quality of Service) wherein you can limit certain activities, or give precedence to certain activities. You might wish to look into that first.

Try it with half brightness. Full brightness uses a lot of battery power, even compared to just a bit lower. Youtube can also be pretty power hungry, with it using cpu decoding of video pretty often.
