1) Any 470 is going to support UEFI OOTB
2) No its not true, a UEFI system has a thing called CSM (compatibility support module) which allows it to boot with legacy hardware that does not fully support UEFI. Enabling CSM means you'll lose some UEFI benefits but your system will still boot perfectly.

i have ordered a Metabox Prime P650HP-G with a 1060 a bit more than i intended but tit should work.

I hope that's the issue, because then it's an easy fix.
 
I haven't been here long, but I'm pretty sure this is supposed to be a forum for helping people, not making them feel bad.  We all started somewhere.

The Pro version has more metal parts, different look, better spring I think? and generally better build quality.

if your not going to overclock it i wouldn't bother with a water cooler if you are planning to do so in the future than think about it otherwise its not really worth it.

Why not use skylake? Get the i3 6100 if u have to stick to the budget. Otherwise good build

i3 6100 with a gtx 1060 or RX480 would be great for gaming at 60hz. I wouldn't buy the 980 (even if it was a bit better) simply because its older tech and has fewer GB of VRAM

if you use pc part picker it will help you avoid some incompatibilities.

The network adapter wasnt letting the pc go to sleep so i made it so that the coputer doesnt put the adapter to sleep.

1. you wont need the cooler.
2. you can buy led's on the cheap you could even use the money from not buying the cooler on the led's red ones arnt hard to find.
3. i.f i was you i would get the better parts but that's ultimately up to you.

if that's what you want i love mx browns my self so go for it if that's what you want.

i have a set of audio-technica ATH-AG1X head phones their red and black pretty pricey though.

The g502 uses the 3366 sensor which is probably the best sensor in the market. The g302 uses a a10 sensor which is a bit inferior compared to a 3310 sensor (e.g. SteelSeries Rival / Rival 300). If you're looking for the cheapest mouse that uses a 3366 sensor, you can get a g303 or the logitech pro gaming mouse. There are also other brands that offer a 3366 but sadly, I don't know their names.
 

I have had a G502 for almost a year and I love it. It is the best mouse I have personally used.

If you plan on doing upgrades over time I would get a 500-550W power supply something that has good rating and I prefer modular but that is something that is up to you. If you want an air cooler and dont want to overclock a Cooler master 212 evo should work or some other brand of that cooler. If you want to overclock then get an AIO cooler from corsair or Cooler Master. Case is up to you and how much you want to spend I personally like Corsair Cases but there are other companies that have great cases I like. Mouse and Keyboard I would go to a best buy and test the stuff they have on display and then find something online that fits what you like. I cant recommend monitors because I am not really an expert in that area. I would also recommend getting a 1060 over a 960 they are similar in price and way better performance but price is dependent on area.
