pc wont stay shut down.

im all out of ideas iv tried setting all the devises applicable to not allow them to boot my system from devise manager. iv tried setting it to not reboot after a system crash. iv disabled the network adapter completely. iv made sure i selected shutdown when shutting down. iv uninstalled all the new software i installed today i ran antivirus scan. ill be honest im all out of ideas short of physically switching it off at the back.

and to be clear when i select shut down from the power menu the system shuts down all the case lights turn of and the fans and pumps shut down the a few. seconds later it boots with no intervention from me the result is the same with the case power buttons.

 

i have windows 10.

Disable "wake from lan" in the bios? I know you disabled your network card, but still.

i was working on it a few days ago what i had forgotten was my family were doing renovations and some of ther dust looks to have gotten in to the motherboard headers i cleaned it out with air its shunting down fine now
