I have an S7 Edge (4gb Ram) since march 2016.

If you REALLY mean it with "heavy multitasking", i promise you, 4gb wasn't even enough 2 years ago.

As soon you switch to another app, and it has to reload, you do not have enough Ram, because it has been kicked out.
However, i do not know, how much Ram would be enough for your friend with his specific app use. All ican say, it took me personally a few single random Apps at the same time, and 4gb Ram was full, and apps started to reload upon reopening.
But more Ram is always better.

6gb minimum is what i would go for - or 8gb if there will be any. Probably Oneplus 6 in a few Months?

Btw: If it has a 1080p screen of 1440p, has almost Zero impact on battery life at all. When the S7 ( Edge) Launched 2 years ago with a 2560x1440 screen, their battery life destroyed almost every other 1080p phone. It beat the Oneplus 3, it beat midrange phones.

Increase your budget a lil bit and u can get the Logitech G102/203 or Steelseries Rival 110 which is a great budget mouse with amazing sensor.

To be honest, I don't believe that it would be your PSU that would be holding you back. It may simply be silicon lottery. For your CPU, it may also be thermals, in which case I'd recommend getting an aftermarket cooler.

You're using maybe 300W at load.  Getting a 700W PSU is a huge waste of money.  Going from 3000MHz RAM to 3200MHz RAM will maybe give you a 5fps (not 50) bump.

An easy way to see where you'll benefit from an upgrade is to play some games with HWMonitor in the background.  After at least 15 minutes of gameplay, check the results.   If anything was at 100% usage, it's your weak spot.

My guess is that the best upgrade is a second 580 to run in Crossfire.

I've found load times to be lower when having a game installed on the SSD.
Shouldn't be much of a difference when having both the game and the OS on the SSD. Just a matter of how much space the games take up alongside the OS (I only have Elite Dangerous and Rust on my SSD, alongside my OS and that takes up about half of my 120 gig SSD)

The XFX GTR is really good, you should have absolutely no problem overclocking it to the speeds of the RX580, while using less power and having better temperatures.

Not spam friend, it depends on the price. It's a fine card. It seems like in other countries the 580's are more expensive, so since they are essentially the same card (you can literally flash the BIOS of the card and it WILL be a 580 in pretty much every respect, even in your system config where it shows the display adapter). So yeah, if the price is right, snatch it up.

Hmm, ok. I'm thinking to build this on my own, do I need thermal paste? and Is the mobo supports Ryzen 5 out of the box?

I mean that you shuold upgrade the CPU, not add an SSD or change the power supply.

    Waiting is a good idea.

If you have the money, upgrade the CPU rather than adding an SSD or getting a different power supply. Try to get a Core i5 7600 or one of the upcoming Ryzen 5 chips when they come out in a two weeks.
