NEED HELP UPGRADING

kecap

Hey guys, so I have this pc for a year now and my goal is to play latest games on above 60fps HD res but apparently I tried CS:GO on all high and it's not going 60fps+. The pc was built by a customer support guy on the shop, at the time I don't know much about computers. I want to upgrade my computer but don't know what to upgrade to achieve 60fps+ on latest games, maybe I don't need to actually upgrade and just buy an SSD?

Here's the part :https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6nmP7h

Parts that are not listed above: 1TB WD Blue, FSP Hexa+ 400W PSU.

I'm currently in Indonesia, Rupiah currency. It will be very expensive to buy outside Indonesia

960 must be enough for 60fps HD on latest games, right?

960 can be a bit better than the 1050 Ti at some times in gaming wise.

Is upgrading the gpu better than upgrading the cpu for my build?

Cpu Should be fine. GPU is well.. Depends. 960 for what you have listed there Should be good for graphics n stuff, But the 970 is a bit better at Gaming. Better Idea to grab that instead imo.

So should I just upgrade to 970 instead and grab an SSD?
