Increase your budget a lil bit and u can get the Logitech G102/203 or Steelseries Rival 110 which is a great budget mouse with amazing sensor.

This one is a little bit over $15, but I am extremely satisfied with this mouse. Its sensor is super accurate especially for the price (can't remember the model name), it's a mid-sized mouse for both hands and has 5 buttons (technically 7 but you can only use 2 of the side buttons at a time, this is one of the few drawbacks of the mouse).

Just bought this for my girlfriend as she wanted the rgb... I was pleasantly surprised on how it felt in the hand and in games like csgo, has a full suite of adjustments etc not bad for 25.00$ cad.
