Try using a different monitoring software like hwmonitor and see if you still get the same results... looks like a bug in the software

The read/write speeds on the 850 EVO are going to be higher both random and sequential, so that's what you would be paying for. Whether or not you'd notice a difference, I can't say for certain. I'd say if you are going from a HDD to a SSD you'll be happy with either one, so go with what your budget allows. You probably will be able to tell the difference only if you are paying really close attention, so ultimately go with what your budget allows and don't make compromises somewhere else to get a higher end SATA SSD.

go to www.kinguin.net and get a windows licence from there for ~$25, that will save you a bunch of money that you could put into an ssd to speed up your overall experience, other than that it looks good

I think Ivan means maybe in the future when the prices come down and they release entry level cards, they'll be worth it. be very wary of crappy deals and READ REVIEWS

Make sure all of your sata power/data cables are plugged in. Check in the bios to see that all of your drives are being detected properly

Yes, it will work as long as the case supports those radiators. the only thing that matters as far as order goes is that the pump should come right after the res and since yours is a combo, you shouldnt have any problem. good luck!

just make sure you have some 90 degree fittings and/or maybe some 45 degree fittings. it looks like you'll need them between the 240 and the pump/res

it looks like the corsair cooler wont actually touch the vrms and some other heat producing components on your card. Not sure how big of a difference that will make, but a full cover block is always the better choice IMO. If you can afford it, I'd go with a custom loop. maybe look at EKWB's watercooling kit or doing full custom. they do have pre-filled gpu waterblocks to add to  the loop with the added benefit of looking way more sexy than the corsair thing. If that's not your style, look into the NZXT kraken g10. it's a little less expensive, but Paul's Hardware did a nice review on it and says it's pretty good. Good luck, sir!

you should start off by investing in an overclocking mobo. correct me if I'm wrong, but you can't overclock on a h97 chipset and you have an unlocked processor. seems like a waste.

I am fine to run VR but i think that it is overpriced for the amount of use i would get out of it. I will wait till it comes down in price.
