What kind of CPU do you have? That looks glitchy as hell to me. The 30C CPU temp is the one I'd be looking at.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.

Try using a different monitoring software like hwmonitor and see if you still get the same results... looks like a bug in the software

or try coretemp.

cpu should might run slower at that temp, is there any changes in performance?

i use corsair link and it shows the same thing. i have also tested other temp monitroing softwares and they show the same thing :( sorry for bad spelling im swedish

That is a faulty sensor. Ignore it.

Mobo sensors. If not faulty, inaccurate.
