I would leave the smaller fan on and run it at 1000 RPM.

Apologies for the confusion, but the Antec does move ~66-68% (less than 70%) of the air or ~30% less.

I have really only experience with Samsung, and would recommend any 850 EVO (m.2 or 2.5")

You can place it in any full size PCI slots. It won't disable anything with the PCI adapter. A drive in the m.2 connection will probably disable the sata express ports. Without looking through the manual I can't tell you exactly what changes, but most likely will not affect your build.

What do you play? what is your budget? How are we supposed to suggest one without that info.

     2) No need to sell it, but honestly the difference between these drives and a SATA based SSD are negligible in everyday use.

Well I debated purchasing a 950 m.2 myself, but decided against it. I already have 840 EVOs in raid 0, and for what I use this system for there would have been no benefit to going any faster. Games don't load any noticeable amount faster between my raid 0 and the wife's single 840. My suggestion would be buy a larger capacity, but slower drive. Probably stick to 2.5" drive if you have the space.

Don't spend more if you can't really afford it. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the 8350.

If you already have a motherboard that supports it then it is a good deal. If you are purchasing a new board with it, I would look at a similarly priced Intel chip. I never had any problems with my 8350, but switched to 4790k in last upgrade cycle as i had never tried Intel until now.

That would mean your CPU is now also a pure rock.

Those temperatures are fine and you should be able to get the 8350 to 4.4GHz no problem as is.

Personally, I don't post guides or links to guides on OC'ing as I don't want any responsibility/liability should anything go wrong. Answering your question of if you can I can do, but how? I recommend researching what settings in BIOS there are and what effects they have on the system. This information, or guides can be found with a Google search.

The key on the netbook is an OEM key and is tied to that system. While possible to activate Windows on another system with that key it is technically illegal.

You will have to cut off the locking tab on the GPU, which can be done like Linus did here https://youtu.be/epIlB49SNTI?t=179.

It will fit, but the speed will be about half of what the 950 is capable of since the Z97 m.2 is not PCI 3.0x4.
