Antec fans are more quiet, but also move less than 70% the air of the Corsair fans.

I've used both and the Antec was quieter. Go for the UFO edition. much sleeker design. Both editions include a toggle switch for 600rpm or 1000rpm operation. Which i found quite useful.

I pulled up specifications from Newegg.

Antec

19.9 dBA & 1.0 m3/m

Corsair

25.2 dBA & 52.19CFM (~1.478 m3/m)

It's more like 30% less or might have misunderstood how you phrased your statement, 70% less seemed unreal..

Apologies for the confusion, but the Antec does move ~66-68% (less than 70%) of the air or ~30% less.

Corsair's led fans aren't quiet whereas TrueQuiets are.

The normal Corsair AF/SP fans are good whereas the led variants are considerably worse.

Fan specs are generally unreliable and should be ignored. Stick to benchmarks and in-depth reviews instead.

So I should go with TrueQuiers LED or UFO edition (if I can find them) or there is something better?

Fan specs are generally open air test doesn't make them unreliable but a performance indicator. Benchmarks or in depth review which use specific test methodology are just as unreliable because performance is different from case to case.

Go for whichever looks better to you.

I can't find tests comparing the two but my initial impressions are that they are very similar if not near identical.

Testing for the specs shown on fan websites aren't standardized and can't be consistently compared.
