Any CPU followed by "U" is a dual-core 15W chip using low voltage
"M" ones are not soldered on and can be upgraded
    "H" ones are soldered
    "Q" ones are quad-cores

Every last additional FPS counts if it adds up to that magic number 60. Faster DDR4 memory may also give an additional, though slight edge for Skylake on certain games, especially since it usually is the same price as equivalent DDR3. For those who are skeptical:

From my experiences with an i3-6100 and GTX 960 (2GB though), I typically get between 54 and 60 FPS at 1080p on high settings for Fallout 4, despite the system requirements clearly stating that an FX-6300 or i5-2300 is required. When it comes to system requirements, take the GPU and CPU requirements with a grain of salt.

So yes, I think it would work just fine. The Intel Core i3 is still a decent processor, even if it's not a higher-end CPU like its bigger brothers, the i5 and i7.

The reason you see very small cpu coolers and gpus is because not every case can fit full size ones.
That said yours is the only tiny case I've seen that doesn't look like a media center.

    Update!

So I fixed the issue with the power button, it now has a much more seamless and robust design. The thing with it was that I had to connect to wires to switch once I put on the shell as I didn't think of it while making the case, but after implementing this system it's as easy as a plug and play:

And I also removed the fan sticker and got some black fan screws:

    So it looks like this:

And finally, some finished photos, enjoy:

And that's all for now, I think the next step in this build is finally the R9 Nano, but that will be a while. Thanks in advance, @byalexandr

if only the data that leaves was somehow coded, or cryptic, or end to end something crypt whatsthatnameagain,  in such way that it would be impossible to understand what coming and going unless you are and the end of the line receiving or sending those bits of data. Too bad encryption only helps terrorists who put bombs and think about the children and should consequently be outlawed or weakened.

Well for a low budget you can get something like a quickfire rapid for about 70USD or a rapid-i for about 100usd.
You could also look at Ducky , If you want something really simple you could get a pok3r (a little less than tenkeyless but really nice keyboards)
As far as simple goes you cant really get more simple than the quickfire rapid, matte black case and only one logo on the back  side behind the esc key. Built like a tank and is really well priced.
Not sure what this converts to in NZD but that's my reccomendation.

Also i haven't seen a wireless mech keyboard but i think i heard about someone making one.

you know i both agree and disagree with you. i see this as less a place to laugh at others and more ourselves. anything i say here is a light joke and means no disrespect to them but i can see how it can come across as it. i mean im sure a carpenter would make jokes lightly about me trying to build a house if i tried it.
but in a professional environment there is no excuse to talk down upon your customers they are what keeps your buisness alive and are also why you have your job to begin with.
but i see no harm done in bringing up thinks we had happen that made us smile or laugh. sure that woman didnt realize her computer wasnt plugged in and we laughed a little but im sure she had a good laugh when she got home.

Only 3? How about all the use cases where helicopter or airplane use is prohibited or prohibitive? Urban use, personal use, short distance freight and delivery, low altitude residential use, emergency response, security, surveillance, infrastructure support, etc.

Single rotor designs REQUIRE articulation and complexity. Quad and Octa copters do not. Multirotor helicopters are almost entirely heavy lift machines, aside from stacked(coaxial) rotors which are typically small footprint, more stable, general purpose machines. They still do not compete directly in passengers or freight. Multirotor craft, smaller engines, smaller rotors, (ducted for many urban areas), simpler designs and construction, allow the small footprint and mass market adoptability helicopters and airplanes did not.

Agility and maneuverability are not synonymous with stability and safety, as we're talking about multirotor and electric, many of the efficiencies you speak of do not come into play as they are either for bespoke utilisations or dissimilar craft. Although I look forward to the day of mass market articulated multi-rotor fixed wing craft, anything within the purview of airplane is outside what we are talking about. As are skycrane uses. What we are talking about is gyrocopter size, cost, and ease of use, with useful range, speed, and payload. They do not have to compete with Chinooks or Hueys because those don't do NOW what these multirotors seek to accomplish.

We're talking Uber and your local UPS van, for now, taking on Boeing and Amtrak is far in the future.

You can build a quad with a chip and a hundred bucks of rotors and motors. A traditional helicopter design is going to be far more complex and expensive for the same capability. Helicopters gave you simplicity of manual operation, quads give you simplicity of construction and design. I'm sure eventually there will be quads with some of the complexity of modern helicopters, like articulated blade geometry. But, quads are coming from an entirely different direction in design and construction. having to squeeze and run down power from turbines through gears has been removed from the equation, you now have machines with a handful of moving parts versus thousands. The only thing that could conceivably outdo quadcopters on simplicity and efficiency are dirigibles and airships, which would be trading speed for more payload and simplicity. And I hope to see more of them too. Future generation of the volocopter could become our current corollas and Priuses. Something traditional helicopters and airplanes had very slim chances of ever accomplishing.

In terms of building your own, I hated it when people said it to me, but it actually isn't too hard to build your own. Takes about a day and not too bad if you follow a video. However, pre builts can be just as good

Sure it may have changed but I am sure it is not forever. Right now what are they supposed to be reviewing that's PC hardware related? No new hardware right now but in a month or two there will be and I can GUARANTEE you that you will see reviews of polaris pro duo and what ever.
But seriously have you never thought that you could use the heat form your pc? I sure have. And I found that the Pizza video was very funny.
LTT has also been very busy with the new scrapyard wars and multiple staff being sick therefore a bit lack of content, temporarily. Also the hate on ''how to install a GPU'' this is were my faith for LTT fanbase dropped. How come people doesn't understand that new pc builders won't know how to build a pc if they've never done it before? The video covered  a more in depth take on it with even showing how to remove it. I thought it was good just like the rest of LTT and seriously if you don't like it then don't watch it. (no offense meant to you, just generally taking out my anger against ignorant viewers).

Nevertheless, a power supply failure- even if it doesn't start a fire- can take your entire system with it, or does governmental certification include a guarantee that it won't do that either? I think Austin needs to understand that while a cheap rig like this is a throwaway for him, it probably isn't for the people who are going to build themselves a PC based on his recommendations.

That being said what do you think the chances of failure are even when the system doesn't push the numbers it's rated to handle?
