System Interrupts is not actually a process, but it appears as one as Task Manager wants to give you that information. It gives you all the hardware interrupts happening on your CPU. Interrupts occurs when the CPU needs to stop to handle something else.. say moving your mouse (well, mouse/keyboard interrupts are executed in fractions of seconds, so you won't see anything). But in this case, you probably have the GPU  that was going crazy on the CPU.
 
Your account profile was corrupted.
You most likely has a corruption in HKEY_CURRENT_USER for the affected accounts (the registry hive located in: C:\Users\<Account Name>\NTUSER.DAT. The file is hidden).
 
Here are your options:
Try and do a System Restore to bring your system back in time before the crash (personal files should not be affected). So, boot from Windows disk/USB, then pick "repair..." instead of "Install", then in the menu that will follow (varies based on the version of Windows you have) you see  "System Restore", select it, and pick a date/time before the crash.
  If the above does not help, or don't want to do the above or can't (say you disabled System Restore), you will need to go in Safe Mode, where now a temporary account will be created as you login, and from there you can create a new account on the system, and transfer your stuff from the old to new account, Now, you should be able to login to that new account.  

The error message is not that the password is wrong, but rather that the account can't be loaded.

With the recent alpha 3.3 patch being really good performance wise and it giving us the ability to purchase ships with in-game money Star Citizen is finally starting to become more and more of a game.
Coincidentally the 6 year anniversary of the Kickstarter funding is coming up next week so CIG is doing their annual anniversary sale which will be accompanied by a free flight event where everyone with a Star Citizen account can test the game and all it's currently flyable ships with no purchase or credit card required. From 23rd of November to 1st of December you can test the whole flyable lineup of each ship manufacturer to your hearts contend and also explore any currently available planets like Crusader, Dalamar and possibly even Hurston and their moons or try out any of the various missions.
