Hmm... it depend on what kind of experience you want on Android really. For a very "stock" Android feel go with a Nexus 5X or the newer model 6P. It's one of the few smart phone with the front facing speaker and it's from Google (kinda) so it will usually be the first to receive new Android's update. For more "premium" one you can go with Samsung S7 or waiting for the upcoming Note 7. I personally dont like the edge but it's the only "bigger" model, the S7 normal is a bit smaller. S7 Active on the other hand is very sturdy but it sacrifices the look a bit. Dont go for either Note 5 or 4, Note 5 dont have SD card slot and Note 4 have back facing speaker =.= (I own a Note 4 so most of the time I have to use headphone if I want to listen to anything on it)

One Plus is also a really decent phone from the review. I've  never seen one IRL so I dont know much about it personally

Not really  I have tested a 5X from a friend before but I havent seen a 6P so far (but I also havent go to mobile shop for a while now). They should be similar though. I own a Note 4 mainly because it's a decent enough phone that's big (I cant use small phone anymore after I made a switch from iPhone 4 to Note 3) and it support Gear VR (even the CV version but need a little modding).

Lots of people like the Valhalla 2 with HD600/650. Lyr 2 would also be good.

They're expensive, and they close up shop frequently so they dont get too bogged down, but man they look cool.

I'm so sorry.  I never thought to post my fix.  And life got CRAZY by the time I actually remembered to do it.  But the above solution was exactly what I did.  Again, I apologize for not thinking about it.

I just started taking Intro To Information Technology this semester (Freshman year highschool) and the teacher is an idiot. He says that the CPU is the tower part of the computer. He says that Steve Jobs invented the GUI. And when you try to correct him you are wrong. There was this one time he told us there are 1000MB in a GB. I said well its not exactly 1000 right. And he replied well its more like 900. SCREW YOU!!!!!!!!!! That is all. End Rant.

Roomate asked if I could time up his laptop. Said sure as I wasn't doing anything anyway.
    Uninstalled a bunch of bloatware.
Uninstalled Norton as he had a paid version of kaspersky labs.
    Downloaded ccleaner and ran that.
    Uninstalled ccleaner.
    Checked drivers... Factory...
Updated all drivers, and installed AMD crimson.
    Finally did a defrag.

Result was a good 4gb of junk freed up, and a noticeable performance / speed increase.

It is a MXM module 980, which is different than the 980m but also is available in different capacities than the non-mxm desktop 980.

Not sure to be honest if you have a game like gta or use a software program you can check on this yourself and know for sure.

Maybe an issue with the games and the drivers?
    Dunno what else to say.

Also, it's fucking amazing that no one but one person outside of the OP knows that he's talking about a laptop.

Perhaps the apps only look at the GPU which they would recognize as having 4GB rather than the actual amount installed for the MXM. If this is the case you could likely safely exceed the max ram apps list.

I'd personally use Riva Tuner while in game and see what it reports. Quite interested if games that see only 4GB can use more. If they can, nothing to worry about.

I think the DataVac electric duster would be a great and simple item to review since dust is a small but important issue with electronics. A friend told me about it and I picked one up and it's the best. I haven't spent money on a can of compressed air since. I use it on my computers, keyboards, music production, and HiFi gear.

Would be really cool if you could benchmark some older GPUs in newer games, like the HD5000, HD6000, GTX400 and GTX500 series and maybe some older CPUs too like the q6600 and amd equivalent to help out people who are in to scrapyarding

No, Windows compression won't affect the quality of your media.
However, it probably won't affect the folder size either. Movie and audio files are usually very compressed to begin with, so having Windows compress them further won't do a whole lot.
Also, using compressed files can be taxing on your CPU. Personally, I don't recommend compressing files you use frequently becuase of this.

There isn't really any risk involved. It will just create a small spike in CPU usage when you open the file.
It's just that opening a compressed file can take time if you're doing something CPU intensive on the side.
Opening compressed files on the regular just creates an uneven user experience.
