CPU Work Order Won't Download

Hi guys.  Has anyone ever had an issue where a cpu work order can't start downloading?  My f@h client said it attempted 14 times to initialize the download to no avail.  Any tips on how I can go about troubleshooting this problem?

General System Specs:

Cpu- 6700k @ 4.4 Ghz

Gpu- GTX 980

Memory- 32 gb hyper-x impact

Let me know if you need more information.

Whoops.  I was poking around the log info and solved my own problem.  Sorry, everyone.

Always helpful if you post your solution so that other

people can see it.

The solution i guess was that the number of CPU cores must not be an odd number or a prime number. I had mine on 7 and when i set it to 6 it downloaded work fine.

CPU: Intel Core i7 4790K

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D15

RAM: Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 1866MHz

GPU: Asus Strix RTX 2060 OC

Motherboard: Asus Maximus VII Hero

Storage: 1TB, 500GB, 250GB SSD's, 1TB SSHD

Case: Corsair Carbide Air 540

I'm so sorry.  I never thought to post my fix.  And life got CRAZY by the time I actually remembered to do it.  But the above solution was exactly what I did.  Again, I apologize for not thinking about it.
