With a budget of $2500 someone followed the "more GPU power YAAAAAAH! " approach and did this disaster what do you think??? Good idea or absolutely terrible build .. i think this is the worst build i have ever seen in my life

8350 with Hyper212+
Not ideal for chasing the ultimate topend overclock.(past 4.5Ghz)...that he WILL want.

OH OK makes sense. I setup the router for my home network and always wondered what the USB 3.0 port on the back was for. Thanks

donsleeq reacted to Andrew Storlie in Motherboard color annoying
What they need to do is come out with a modular mother board. All matte black pcb, and have an option to get different color heat sinks that you then put on yourself. Or can paint and then put on

Just google "custom pained motherboard" and look around the results.
Wonky internet. Pages loading horridly slow (IT department fucking around with the network)

hahaha really funny.. if it will maybe 2% or 3%.. also G1 gaming not for the money -
donsleeq reacted to PineappleHolidays in Can you do better for less
well the biggest cash drop is the 980ti,
but in general it would be hard to drop more than ~40$ without eating in on quality.
How much are you hoping to pay in total ? 1500$ ?

GTA V is entertaining, . It is the best game playing online so far. Next is Need for Speed, I play them via vpn to get the best and fast gaming experience. And also for security too when making purchases on these games.

donsleeq reacted to Badger906 in 24" 4K vs 27" 1440p
my preferred settings for windows at 4k, is large icons and 150% DPI , it basically gives you the same look and feel as 1080p icons and windows, at a much higher resolution.
you can of course leave it as standard and you could probably fit 10,000 icons on the desktop lol, but i like it my way.
theres non of this blurry text rubbish that people claim. well not with windows anyways. steam doesnt have a 4k skin yet so text is a little bit fuzzy with my settings, but thats not a windows issue, its a steam issue and something valve are most likely working on.
by a 4k monitor with confidence it will be the best choice you've made in a long time! i just wish id have bought mine much sooner than i did!! spent too long thinking it would be a terrible experience based on peoples opinions on here lol

+1If you want something less turn based the first two Divinity games are great as well.
Deus ex series, especially human revolution is good as well.
As for racing.. Only one I know of is iRacing but it's not a game, but a simulator.
You'll need a steering wheel and etc for that.

It might be cheaper in the U.S. though that doesn't explain why you went from using £ to now using $, seems like back-pedalling to me.
The OP is in Austria, and requested the cost to be 'without going over €400'.
If you check in the areas it's available you will find the Asus to be around €100/£75 more (sometimes bigger differences) for other examples:
Amazon Fr
Dell U2515h €339.99 free delivery http://www.amazon.fr/gp/offer-listing/B00P6O3YYO/ref=dp_olp_new?ie=UTF8&condition=new

Shipping from the U.S. to Europe can and will incur international shipping costs as well as customs tax and/or country specific levies (VAT). This doesn't even take into consideration longer shipping times and the added bonus of having to deal with seller warranties from abroad.
