I guess you did not watch the second debate did you? The part were Jeb said to Trump " atleast my brother kept us safe" yep so safe that 2500 people died, when the politics and Bush knew that it was going to happen. yep, another full blown politician is exactly what we need in this country to fix it right? By the way how is that going so far for us? You like being lied to on a daily basis by our government don't you?

Now, here is my thing, if we as the American people don't like being lied to by our families, friends, coworkers and each other, why in the world would you want to support a bunch of lying, greedy politics? We need an outsider to be our President this time around and from now on. Trump is very smart, even if he does not know how to blow smoke up the American peoples asses to get votes. He says what comes to mind and its not scripted, its real and its him.

I read what you said.  You are trying to say Trump feels the same way (and that he is racist), even though he never stated sharing the opinion of the man who did say those things. You are trying to pass it off as if he agrees with the man from the crowd to paint him as a racist and Muslim hater. And that is what I'm arguing against.

All of the main news outlets in the US are BS anyways, not just Fox. CCN, MSNBC, etc. are just as bad.

    Elaborate.

Just noticed this edit. Some people (aka most liberals) think that people shouldn't be required to show ID when voting. Why not? I want US citizens voting for our President, not illegals, etc. who shouldn't even be here to begin with. It's what makes sense anyways...

As a side note, this election cycle will be my first time voting. Excited to finally get my say in the political process!

Fact2: Kid's dad is a member of CAIR (Council for American-Islamic Relations, a group that has been linked to terrorist activity) https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Council_on_American%E2%80%93Islamic_Relations
Fact3: Irvin, TX, which is where they are, in January passed an 'anti sharia law'.. meant to be a proactive move to make sure muslims can't inact their own policing methods and harass people based on their religion like they do in some parts of england and australia
Fact4: This pisses off some muslims, kids dad included, and they protest it (even though all muslims are peace loving and want to integrate 100%!!!!
Fact5: Kid never built anything.  DIsassembled an old clock and put it in a pencil case which looks a lot like a smaller suitcase one may build bombs in. And it's a stupid design too, with the case closed you can't even read the clock.
Fact6: Kid shows the clock to a science teacher. Teacher says "cool but don't show it to anyone else, might look suspicious and get you in trouble".  kid then immediately goes to the english teacher and shows it to them... since the first teacher didn't get the kind of response he was looking for
Fact7: Shit blows up and dad kisses ass big time by bringing free pizza and drinks to all the reports outside his home.. GOTTA LOVE THAT PR
Fact8: Family gets evangelized as some saints and gets thousands of free stuff
Fact9: This now desensitizes all future suspicious item reports and sets it up nicely for a true home made bomb

That's like saying "I don't know why people are critical of thieves and murderers, everybody chooses their own path guys!" Completely disregarding their partners. I have absolutely nothing against polygamy and multiple sexual partners, provided you didn't sign a fucking contract saying you wouldn't cheat which is what you basically agree to when you get married.

Well you can probably modify it to work, but they never make them meant for that because the middle of the screen would be a bezel, really stupid for a shooter where you need precise aim.
    Not worth it.

if you start with OpenOffice from day 1 - yes; but if you already are accustomed to MS Office and transition to OO ... not really

I am a LibreOffice user for quite a while now because I don't want to pay MS for personal use - but, I'm not liking it, the LibreOffice that is .. it's wonky, it has issues, recurring ones; and the worst thing of all - it still needs Oracle's Java
google docs or MS' on-line versions are not the answer since the volume of data creates problems - working with data locally has not real substitute

Not surprised. The average person is so dumb that you can't expect them to grasp a 95% similar software as one they claim proficiency with, without excess training. Because education only teaches you to mimic the actions of a thinking being. Not to actually correlate. Software fluency (universal design language) is what should be trained, rather than specific software.

I'm now on Office Pro 2007, and I hate the ribbon GUI.  I miss the menu structure that we were all raised on and used to for 20 years.

To answer your question, you can find genuine Office discs on Ebay for pretty good price.  Office 2003 has classic menu, Office 2007 uses the Ribbon GUI, Office 2010 is more expensive and I don't know what improvements are on it.

I balk at Sean Blanchfield's thesis, that without advertising the internet would cease to exist as we know it (my summarizing).

The internet was wide open and free long before the world wide web protocol (www) came into existence in 1990, and long before advertisers learned how to create click-advertising models on the web (about 16 or 17 years ago).

If all the advertising dried up today, we would have people doing what they love to do as a hobby, find ways to compete the "old fashioned way", and in short, the internet is not going away.  It did not, and does not, exist because of advertisers.

    Foolish.

Y'know, this type of commentary is complete bullshit.  Most people who use Windows do not have the know-how to un-program, bypass systems, root out problems of an operating system, and all the other lingo that goes along with the rare few who could find a way to use a beast of an OS and tame it.
People do not expect to be spied on, and do not have the skills or desire to try and stop a devil of a program (the OS is a program, too) from doing ugly shit.
