Celerons are for people who have no celery (low clockspeed, dualcore)
Pentiums are for people who have common sense and buy a new computer when they need one (decent clockspeed, dualcore)
i3s are an extention to the Pentium line (decent clockspeed, dualcore with hyperthreading)
i5s are for the power users or gamers (decent to good clockspeed, quadcore)
i7s are for the really heavy power users (decent to good clockspeed, quadcore to decacore with hyperthreading

Honestly I'd just use that PC as something like a server or nas and get a new PC if possible, but an SSD and more ram would speed up the PC however I don't think it is worth the investment

In terms of Photoshop; yes I knew that, but I would like to have a universal solution so that it's working everywhere and not just in Photoshop. And I think that Autohotkey could be great for that.

lg g3 is the pnly phone that i know of that meets that description though i cant advise it due to the sheer amount of heat it puts out.

Buy the movie on DVD/Bluray and rip it yourself (obviously optical drive and pc needed).
I'm doing that myself for quite some time now (for privat use only) and it works pretty great!
I can even get some Behind the Scenes and other extra material and the best part is, that in my country doing it this way for private use is legal.
(I mostly use Handbrake and MakeMKV.)
