Yeah it won't harm anyone, and should be your choice anyways

If you have a Playstation 4 get the vita
If you have a powerful Nvidia based computer get the Nvidia Shield.

Tip: Make sure cable mess is not seen in photo and pretend you have good management
But in all seriousness heres mine, not your standard PC form factor though. I think its all about really planning cable runs, and taking your time and taming the mess.

BBDRIX reacted to Lyons in Post Your Cable Management?
Tips:
- use cable ties
- get rid of useless wires like the hard drive activity light
- fully modular PSU's help
- braided cables (the fabric kind, not plastic) help as they are more flexible
- all black cables look more minimal even though they're still there
- try to minimise the use of Molex cables/connectors as they are massive. If you can, get piggy back Molex connectors so they're all in one place
- run your fans all to one spot, you can make a molex to fan splitter really easily with some wire and other bits

I don't use paper wallets but I don't think it is a particularly smart move to be advertising the location of your safe like that......

BBDRIX reacted to dalekphalm in The end of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in sight?
While the US does have a large gold reserve, it's not even REMOTELY close to be enough to back the US dollar. According to the US Federal Reserve website, there is approximately $1.27 Trillion USD in circulation.
According to the US Federal Treasury website, there is approximately 261.5 million Fine Troy Ounces of Gold held in reserve, with current market value (As of March 31st, 2014) of just slightly over $11 Billion USD.
So, what is the US dollar backed again? Your argument is extremely, painfully flawed. The US Dollar is backed by less than 1% Gold (0.8% specifically).

BBDRIX reacted to helping in The end of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in sight?
Relatively speaking it's still quite small. The gold can only back up pennies on the dollar. Gold has nothing to do with the dollar or by extension bitcoin.
Nothing backs the dollar beside the credit of America and the agreed upon value. I can use monopoly money or scribble IOU on a piece of paper with a crayon and it can carry the same value if we agree upon that value.
Bitcoin doesn't need to be backed by anything because the world works with IOU's backed by nothing but an agreed value.
Gold, precious medals, and other valuable materials are usually used only in trade where a country requests a debt paid in some form alternative to assets or cash.

BBDRIX reacted to Vitalius in The end of Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in sight?
You stole my line.
Fun fact: We still use the barter system. We trade our time (jobs) for units of currency that everyone trusts is valuable to other people and can be traded for goods. So the currency is a pseudo for our time. We are bartering our time for goods.
Just saying.

BBDRIX reacted to Geekazoid in Stuttering playing 4K video
@Exother, do you have VLC Media Player installed(http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html)? I found when dragging and dropping the YouTube's video URL for your chosen YouTube video onto VLC Media Player video plays back sooooooo much smoother because it's not playing it in the browser. Give that a whirl and see how ya go. Report back with your results.

BBDRIX reacted to RuecanOnRails in Bitcoin: Understanding Growth, S-Curves, and Price Volatility.
Whether to invest or not is questionable and varies from person to person. One thing I can say for sure that I'm rather bullish for the future of Bitcoin and it's underlying protocol. Even if Bitcoin fails, the ideology behind it will live on in it's successor. Decentralized Crypto-Currencies are here to stay, similar to the growing awareness of the internet in the 90's, the cat is out of the bag and it's not going away anytime soon.
Keep in mind, people that are just learning and jumping in now will still be considered early adopters later on. Until there is a mainstream understanding, and Bitcoin is widespread it will be varying degrees of early adopters. Bitcoin is only just bigger than the economic M1 of Lebanon. http://coinometrics.com/bitcoin/bmix
