I'm very certain it is a software issue. I'm not the first person to have this issue if you google it. Everyone's solutions have been software based.

amps and volts are 2 seperate things.
 
Amps - the amount of power going from the charger to the phone. So if we measured how much power is going through the type c connector it'd be 2 amps.
 
Volts - How fast the power is going from the charger to the phone. If power were a ball, amperage would be how big the ball is and voltage would be how fast it is going.
 
Wattage - amps times voltage times amperage. So a 20v 2amp charger would be 40w.
 
I don't know much about this, I gathered this info from a quick research years ago so I could be very wrong but that is my understanding of it.

You can charge through usb-c. I made sure of that before I ordered the portable charger lol

Daniel thank you for the advice.  I will definitely make mine a signature edition.  Did you do this for yours?  If so what drivers did you update after you refreshed the laptop?  or in theory does Windows take over automatically updating drivers?  I watched all of the Western Gents United videos on the 9560 so that and your advice I should be set.Does your card have the killer wifi, if so have you had problems with it?

OP - get all the drivers you need from Dell's site, nuke the OS and start over. Dell machines are infamous for all their bloatware crap, like Dell Tuneup and McAfee.

Since those screws are usually quite a small size most hardware stores won't carry them, your best bet would be to look online or dedicated fastener places like Fastental or even Amazon as long as you know the thread of the screw.

I think the most logical answer based on our knowledge of how organisms work is that we just turn off, like a light switch (que the music!!! Book of Mormon? Anyone? Okay...). Just dark, that's it. Your personality, memories, other stuff, just all gone. It's comforting to think that you'll get to keep all the things that make you you after you physically die, living in some white paradise, walking around in a robe, but it's simply not realistic because of what we know for certain about life. Yes I am an atheist, yes that probably influenced my words above, no I do not want to have a stupid debate with you about religion.

Nylon spacers if you can find them, but anything non conductive.

Both will work just make sure for the metal to have the proper clearance between the PCB and backplate to ensure nothing shorts out. For acrylic you should still have a small clearance but isn't really as big of a worry like a metal backplate. 

So finally after being tired of seeing nothing but wires in my Corsair 760t, I decided it was time to make my own custom PSU shroud/basement. 
 
Here are the Materials I used.
-Cut piece of metal (Fit to the exact measurements of my case)
-400 grit sandpaper
-Spray Paint
-Vinyl paper (For a decal if you want one)
 
 
For me, the hardest part was getting the metal. None of my local hardware stores custom cut metal, so I ended up talking to my dad who had a friend over at a metal fabrication shop. After showing them my measurements and my cardboard cutout, they agreed to make it for me. Also since my dad was friends with the guy, they didn't charge me . However even if I had to pay it only would've been about 20 USD or so.  
 
 

 
Next step was to sand, paint, and get the decal on! 
 
I started with a few coats of the color of my decal.

 
 
After that was done, I took my decal design and used a printer to print it on my vinyl paper. 
 

 
Next, I cut that design out, peeled off the adhesive backing and stuck it to the top of my PSU Shroud. I also did the same with some letters, but I forgot to take a photograph of them. Also for anyone who wanted to know my decal is the logo for a professional CS:GO team known as Ninjas in Pyjamas, or NiP.
 
Note: I let the blue dry for a full 24 hours before putting any decals on. 
 
The final step was to then paint the shroud with my primary color. Due to a jammed spray paint can however, I actually had to do this entire painting process twice because of the extremely gritty texture the jammed can of spray paint created. 
 
So ALWAYS check your cans! 

 
After I got about four coats of white on I let it dry for 24 hours before peeling off the decals. 
 

 
I was extremely proud of the end result! Even though I had to do the whole thing twice, I'm glad I did because the letters and the logo turned out fantastic! As you can probably tell it's not perfect, but it's pretty close
