He's probably reffering to linux in general.
And I bloddy wish there is. This is actually perfect timing, since Linus just tweeted asking for suggestions of reviews. Go tweet at him with #LinusReviewPlz

nickpc got a reaction from Vitalius in The Kickstarter for the fan-film, Godzilla: Heritage, is live! $25,000 is the goal!
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/129435952/godzilla-heritage
Fundraiser for the non-profit Godzilla fan film, Godzilla: Heritage.
What is Godzilla: Heritage?
Since Godzilla's first attack in 1954, mankind has been under constant threat from gigantic creatures known as "Superfauna" - animals mutated by the coming of the nuclear age and man's abuse of the atom's destructive power. Humanity was united against a common foe and for almost 60 years, worked collectively to study and combat the creatures as millions died, cities crumbled and the world's economy continued to collapse. Now, the world seems to finally be bringing the threat under control. Jack Martin is a correspondent for United World News and the grandson of Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Steve Martin, who's riveting coverage of the 1954 raid on Tokyo made him a legend. With his grandfather's shadow always overhead, Jack has spent his career attempting to forge his own legacy, showing great promise as a journalist before spiraling into depression. In the process, he has severally damaged both his reputation and his marriage to family friend, Kaori Ogata. Before leaving the agency, Jack decides to travel to a small pacific island with his life-long friend Mitch Lawrence, who now runs UWN's old newspaper division. While the two wait to attend a ground-breaking ceremony for a new building, Godzilla suddenly reappears after nearly 30 years of absence...and he hasn't returned alone. With the King of the Monsters' threat looming, Jack must decide whether to flee or finally embrace his heritage and report the attack as it happens - risking not only his life, but the lives of his best friend and his wife.

nickpc reacted to Edzel Yago in Starcraft 2: League and Race!
Boom. Let's start this off with an introduction.
Race League Server Mouse, keyboard, mousepad (Why?) I play Terran, I started laddering with the intent of getting better recently and I'm currently Silver on NA. Trying to steal Maru's builds and play styles after Innovation was so easily beaten by him.
I use a Razer Abyssus Mirror and Prime Edition Tt eSPORTS G1. I had gone through a few mice (Razer Ouroboros, M65, the BMW mouse) but they all proved to be too big for my hand to comfortably grip with my fingertips. So I went on a search for small mice and the Abyssus was among the smallest and had a perfect sensor.
I had a conversation earlier about peripherals. China's behind in gaming gear by a decade and their stuff is really cheap. Mechanical is too pricey for that market and they largely still use membrane (or Knucker style). What do you use?

Fan filters anybody?
Got two DEMCI 240mm filters, one for the front (case already has one but a fair amount of dust still gets past it) and one for unoccupied fan mounts in the side panel that air is being passively drawn through. Also have a single 120mm that I sit over the spare PCI brackets at the back, the graphics card seems to be pulling some dust through there.

nickpc reacted to SirRoderick in Most popular e-sport game.
I much PREFER Starcraft 2. Partly becasue I play it myself and partly because it's a very nuanced 1v1 game. I always preffered 1v1 games over team games, gives it more focus IMO.
I tried watching some SMITE and DOTA casting but it was...well it was boring most of the time and then turned into an un-overseeable mess.

Hopefully you'll like the real thing also
Thanks! It's one of the reasons I was so careful to get the materials right in the renders, means one can test stuff out before committing to any purchases.
Then you're going to enjoy today...
Haha no don't think like that! I'm some random guy making this thing in his bedroom without even a table to use as a workbench. If you believe in your idea enough you can definitely make it happen with great results!
UPDATE!
UPDATE! So I finally had the time to sit down, thread all the larger holes, make the O-rings and get a preliminary leak test going. To be honest it was a pretty painless operation actually. The threads were simple enough, the O-rings were a little fiddly but seem to have come out well and the testing itself appears to be going smoothly. The only dye I had lying around was blue, so I used that to try and see if there were any major leaks. Thankfully I could only see one, which looks to be from a fitting (a spare 45° one I had, the o-ring doesn't have a strong seal). There does appear to be a small issue with air currently though. For some reason, in my design I didn't take into account that air would be able to move from the reservoir back into the loop through the top. I'll take some more pictures later showing what I mean. It's not a huge issue by any means though and may just need some creative filling instead. Here are some pics for now, since I'm still working on stuff I'll take more later. Must say though that I'm bloody impressed with the pump so far. Got it running at 4 currently and it's quieter than the overhead lighting!
Front Back Blue!
