Tera, for the past year or so, has only been releasing gender-locked female classes only. The new class coming out will be another female gender locked class. In-game equipment is specifically created for females character, but males are require to wear it anyways. If this wasn't bad enough, majority of the community think it's "okay," and argues that men like boobs anyways. Honestly, I find this really disturbing. Not all males are created the same, and not all males are addicted to porn, or even like it. And why go as far to lock if not all, almost all of their characters to be females only? I bet if the opposite was to hold true, if the game locked all male characters, Tera would be facing some serious pressure by the media, communities, and other sorts of groups. But yet the male community in this generation, are just silent.
 
There's an argument that says, for the pass decade or so, males has always been the preferred choice in any game. I find this also disturbing. Just because someone prefer the color blue, are you going to get offended because that's what he wants to use instead of red... Then there's talk that female locked classes are justified because women had to endure this while playing male gender locked classes. But I haven't to find any game that was created out of sexism or hate towards any individual group. What game was created and locked their male characters because they didn't appreciate females? That is total BS. All of this females deserves better rights, females need to be in all main story line or the main protagonist. Females this, females that... It's really getting out of hand. And IF it was true that males did play a better role in any giving games (notice I said if, because I don't think it was true,) that doesn't give females the right to treat the other gender the same by forcing all males to play female locked classes wearing thongs.
 
This is literally what is happening in our generation. Remember Overwatch? Yea, they got hell by the LGBT community because they didn't announce a gay character in their video game. They were literally pressured to create a lore for one, and if I remember correctly, they gave hints that Hanzo might be gay all because they got pressured. This is utterly ridiculously stupid. Stop trying to force people to fit your own agenda and what you believe. Not everyone agrees to your beliefs, and not everyone wants to be part of it. And if you're going to force a game we play to fit your agenda, you're literally ruining it for the rest of us who just wants to play the game without any outside agendas, seriously.

Nobody is speaking a word about this. Then go ahead de-install the current driver completely. And reinstall 16.7.2. That will probably fix the problem.
Also, can you list your computer specifications?

Instead of relying on PCpartpicker or other alternatives to build a PC. Linustechtips should have some sort of PC builder simulator that gives out corresponding benchmarks, CPU benchmarks, GPU benchmarks, and how powerful the PC is compared to others. It'll be in a form of maybe "flash, Java, or whatever coding..." and the people at Linustechtips can help users build their PC and compare without depending on other website or going through endless Youtube videos, benchmarks, it'll all be here in a small hud//Window infront of the user. Hopefully everyone understand what I'm trying to get across here. It doesn't necessarily have to add prices, it'll be like a PC builder hub//Window, where you can build the PC for the person, and all the benchmarks will be shown for whatever parts you put together to the side.

He shows that the RX 480 gained up to 43% more performance using Vulkan API, while the Nvidia cards see only 1% to 3% increase.  Some of the increase is thanks to A-Sync compute built into AMD's design, but that is only a part of the story.  As he shows, the well known problem of high CPU overhead that has plagued AMD's GCN design is still present in Polaris 10.  The huge innovation built into Vulkan is it's flexibility for developers to access GPU resources more directly, which, if implemented properly, allows for massive performance boosts compared to DX 11.  Thus we see that the problem of high CPU overhead on Polaris 10 can be completely side-stepped.
 
If I understand this correctly, Nvidia's CUDA design is more optimized right from the start (it does not have the high cpu overhead problem), so Pascal GPUs do not enjoy the same performance boost from Vulkan.
 
So, it seems AMD's investment in Mantle (which was the precursor to DX12 and Vulkan) is starting to pay off.  Vulkan is getting wide adoption in the industry because of it's cross platform flexibility, which should prove highly valuable for AMD in the coming months and years.

Depend if AMD able to push game devs to optimize for their card or gpu architecture. With GCN on current consoles and DX12/Vulkan will do just that i think it will.

It's not terribly noticeable. I think we need to know the size of the monitor to start with: a 19" 900p monitor will actually have more pixel density and henceforth look noticeable more detailed than a 27" 1080p monitor,

Personally I rather stay on 90 to 100 PPI for it to be comfy (that's 1080p at 23 to 24" roughly) so if I had a 19" 900p monitor I'd be at roughly the same PPI, more than enough.
