So you probably should set it to static.  To do that do the following:

Comment out the "iface enp2s0 inet dhcp" line by adding a hash in front of it.  Underneath it add the following lines:
    iface enp2s0 inet static
address 192.168.0.9  # or whatever static IP you want.  Ensure that it's not one that is part of your DHCP scope
    netmask 255.255.255.0
    network 192.168.0.0
    broadcast 192.168.0.255
    gateway 192.168.0.1

In your /etc/resolv.conf file ensure you have your name servers identified like the following example:
search localdomain # or whatever your local name suffix is
    nameserver 8.8.8.8 # google DNS
    nameserver 8.8.4.4

Now you can't just access it by it's computer name, that's what I meant by name resolution.  You need a way to translate the name into an IP address.  IMO I would just use pure IP addresses in your setup to start.  Read up on "HOSTS files" which are just text files that sit in /etc/hosts for *NIX machines and c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts on Windows machines.  HOSTS files basically tell the client for a certain name map to a certain IP.  Okay for testing but other than that they are pure evil and pain to manage.  DNS is more elegant but again requires additional skills and complexity.  Windows machines talk to each other natively due to the fact they uses NetBIOS. You can use that on Linux as well but I generally steer away from it for various reasons.

    Hope this helps

    That's what the webmin is for on the Ubuntu server;

You will be able to use your browser to manage it (let me set it up in a VM in a second, give me a second to install Ubuntu and webmin and Ill show you what I was talking about!)

    Commands used to install webmin:

    wget http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/webadmin/webmin_1.820_all.deb
    apt-get install perl libnet-ssleay-perl openssl libauthen-pam-perl libpam-runtime libio-pty-perl apt-show-versions python
    sudo apt-get -f install
    sudo dpkg --install webmin_1.820_all.deb
if still not working I recommend running this command again: sudo apt-get -f install

After entering those commands you should webmin installed on your machine, I'm no expert in Linux too but that is how I got there (yes I am somewhat learning as I go too ;D )

now try to reach the webmin interface by going to the IP of the machine (if it is hooked up to the network ofcourse)
be sure to use the right port (10000), else nothing will happen.

-> to find out the IP of the machine simply type ifconfig:

    Address to go to:

    https://[address of Ubuntu machine]:10000

Another video demonstration (as they take little effort to make and can clear up things a lot!)

Separate post as this got me a better result than I expected, and is worth the final answering post!

There are some problems with the VM I am running (I really limited the hardware resources it can use, but here are some of the performance results:)
(in the beginning I am giving myself write access, because that is not on by default and I didn't yet cover that!)

this took really long to record as issues with the recording kept happening

The other video is done processing, so in this thread I basically explained how to set it up ;D (and learned it myself)

I'm low-key super proud that I managed to do this :>

No offense, but America doesn't deserve to be in charge of the Internet.

Andriods (AFAIK) charge faster on PC's than Macs and the opposite is (definitely) true for iPhones. You can get cables that aim to rectify that issue, as for HOW? Only Santa Claus knows.

I like windows 8.... I thought it was a step in the right direction, exsept when they made it so you went right to the desktop instead of the start menue, and making it hard to find somethings when trying to troubleshoot.
