Ashish Sharma-RSi reacted to Bsmith in Needed a little Help
Quora is a great place, but it's more of a site to share knowledgeg and answer the ponderings of people that aren't experienced in subjects, opinion asking is the wrong place.
you can try LTT, if it falls within the guidelines that is, like @Minibois said, pm a mod when in doubt.

Ashish Sharma-RSi got a reaction from Adrián Fernández in $250USD GPU. What to get?
Hey,...
It depends on your use...
If you're just about gaming then the AMD is the best... And they are Cheap also... You can get more than NVidia in the same price in AMD...
But, If you're about to do other stuff like Video Editing, Rendering, etc... then It's the Nvidia... That support all these functions better than AMD...
Also there driver support is also very good...
So, If your gonna use Video Editing, Rendering, etc... Stuff like that I would suggest you within $250 a GTX 750Ti or 760...
Make your choice...
Tell Me what your final choice...

Ashish Sharma-RSi reacted to carl_arts@yahoo in PCIe 2.0 to 3.0
This has always been on my mind as well, "how much performance boost will you get with PCIE3", but what I've found after reading what other people have experienced, (including detailed comparisons), is that there's such a small deference between them to justify the change at the moment. So like other people have mentioned, you don't need to worry about how much bandwidth is being used through the PCIE2 slot on a gaming rig.

Ashish Sharma-RSi reacted to AnnoyedShelf in 64 to 32...
Wrong, there is a benefit to 32-bit OS's. If your system has less than 2GB of RAM, a 64-bit system will run like crap due to larger instructions.
For example, my dad's old laptop has a 64-bit CPU, with 1GB of RAM. Running 64-bit Linux Mint XFCE (extremely lightweight) CRUSHES performance, to the point where web browsing is almost impossible. However, running 32-bit decreases memory usage and improves the overall experience.

Ashish Sharma-RSi reacted to sirtoby in Whats App...
Whatsapp's FAQ says that it will work with every iPhone. For the original 2g, it requires iOs 3.1 or higher, so you may have to do a software update.
EDIT: I looked at the old FAQ. The more recent FAQ says, that you will need at least IOS4.3 for Whatsapp to run.
