The shroud is from the side fan of a Coolermaster HAF-X, I don't think its available on its own.
 
The fan is a bitfenix spectre pro 200mm red led fan.

Yeah, that cant be standard, as there is no way that is suppose to fit if there was a drive caddy there...

Wait so fizzy what is the fan called? xD

It's a Bitfenix Spectre Pro and it has the shroud from a Cooler Master HAF X case attatched.
