It looks like a Bitfenix Spectre Pro 230mm with some sort of mod on the back

The shroud is from the side fan of a Coolermaster HAF-X, I don't think its available on its own.
 
The fan is a bitfenix spectre pro 200mm red led fan.

Yeah, that cant be standard, as there is no way that is suppose to fit if there was a drive caddy there...
