My 1060 gets around 90FPS in BF1 so chances are you resolution scale is greater than 100% in the settings. It's likely 150 or 200%. Check that setting and get back to us.

TR1ALZ got a reaction from Jonathan=PC in Why spend money on mechanical keyboard with cherry switches? :)
I have gamed for many years, and I felt a lot less fatigued in FPS after a few hours on a mechanical keyboard. I am currently using a mx black board, but my first was a mx red. It's amazing how quick the response is compared to dome boards. Also I found adding some rings on WASD helped me when I first switched over, I found myself originally pushing all the way down to the bottom of the key stroke like you would on a dome keyboard.

I would recommend Ducky, DAS, Filco and Corsair.

This link is to a keyboard enthusiast site, with people with far more experience and knowledge than myself if you want more opinions: http://geekhack.org/

    Hope this helps.

TLDR: Go mechanical, it's a world changer for gaming.

There are SO many paints/dyes/sprays now that make modding so easy. I would be picking quality, and looking at ways to mod it to make it fit the scheme, over buying crap that happens to match colour wise. Just my 2 cents.

Yep, a cheap switch will work just fine for you.

You would be hard pressed to find a tower, with better features, for the price point of the Phanteks Enthoo Pro.

    TR1ALZ got a reaction from i_build_nanosuits in 1075T upgrade to i5 or i7?
I have decided to go with the i7, this may be a waste and I appreciate everyone's input. At the end of the day, to me, I felt more justified spending a little extra on a CPU that MIGHT be a little better for games in the next few years. It may not, and I have taken this into account. It's a gamble and one that may not pay off, but hey, it just well may in games if they use more threads wisely in the future.

Feel free to flame me if my logic is flawed of course.

remember that i´m a girl, and i have probably a diffrent taste then you have lol...
Anyway the Ranger is basicly an ROG entry level board, which is purly designed towards gamers.
    For a nice price.
But the sabertooth offers 5 year warrenty..

THe Ranger is pretty similar to the Hero,
only the hero has 2 extra sata ports, and led lights in the southbride heatsink.

Why don't you just get an Enthoo Luxe or Pro? The Primo will look very empty without water cooling. Save some money and space by getting the Luxe/Pro.

TR1ALZ got a reaction from Recon97 in Best Case for my pc?
Better is a matter of opinion. Cases at that price point will mostly have pro's and cons. The 900D is a great deal more expensive than the Priimo. I would watch a 10min review on both and make a self educated guess. Just my opinion of course.

TR1ALZ reacted to DarthSlater77 in CPU/GPU Bottleneck Question.
the phenom is an excellent chip. i had a x6 1100t and it was plenty fast and overclocked like a champ. i recently upgraded to a FX-9590. the system runs a little faster but not much. the two best upgrades to my system was my graphics and my ssd. The first thing I would change is the graphics but go ahead and get something with a 2 or 4 gb frame buffer. I have Skyrim modded with alot of texture mods and my 2gb frame buffer tops out quickly. The SSD makes a BIG difference not only in system response time but in your games as well. For example In Whiterun I was getting about 15 FPS and changing over to a SSD brought it up to 45 FPS. Its still a low FPS but with the frame buffer maxed out the bottleneck is no longer the drive speed but my frame buffer size.
